Need to restock your swag items that aren't bought from us? This guide will walk you through the simple steps to send more swag to our warehouse to restock your inventory. Follow these instructions to ensure your items are restocked efficiently and seamlessly.
Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to restock your swag items by sending more pre-purchased swag to our warehouse.
Navigate to Your Swag Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Swag page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page.
Accessing Your Inventory
- Locate and click on the "Locker Inventory" tab.
Filter Swag Collections by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace
💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

Choose and Restock The Item
Option 1: Access Restock Button on My Locker Page
- Find the item you want to restock and click the "RESTOCK" button for the item you want to replenish.
Option 2: Access Restock Button from Product Details Page
- Click on the item you want to restock to go to the product page.
- You'll see that the item was tagged as "Sent to warehouse"
Complete the Restock Form
- You will be directed to a page where you'll need to fill out a form.
- Complete all the necessary information about the swag items you're sending to our warehouse.
- Click "SUBMIT" after filling out the form.
Select Payment Method
- Choose or add your preferred payment method from the options provided.
- Click CONTINUE to proceed.
*Please note that this15% of the total value includes the expenses associated with receiving, sorting, stocking, and providing insurance for the items.
Add Billing Information
- Add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
- Click CONTINUE to proceed.
Process Payment
- On the order summary, click "PAY NOW."
Confirmation
- Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation message.
- Your swag items will be restocked in our warehouse and ready for use in your kits or other orders.
