Restocking items in your Stadium Locker by purchasing directly from Stadium is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure your inventory is always fully stocked.
Here is the step-by-step guide on how to restock items sent to the warehouse by purchasing directly from Stadium:
Access Swag Locker
Navigate to Your Swag Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Swag page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page.
Accessing Your Inventory
- Locate and click on the "Locker Inventory" tab.
Filter Swag Collections by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace
💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

Initiate Restock
Purchase Similar Items
- Find the item you want to restock and click the "RESTOCK" button.
- At the bottom of the form, click on the PURCHASE SIMILAR button to get directed to Stadium's Swag Locker Shop.
Start Shopping
Browse the Stadium Swag Shop
- You will be directed to the Swagmagic Shop. Here, you can choose items similar to those you initially sent.
- Explore the available swag items by browsing or using the search bar for a quick search. Filter items by category to find what you need.
- Pay attention to minimum order quantities for each swag item
- You may use the filters or sort items by price or featured list. Additionally, you may also request an item if you can't find what you are looking for.
- On-demand items- These are swag items that are printed only when an order is placed and have a minimum of 1. Orders ship directly from the manufacturers.
- Bulk Swag items- These are swag items that require at least a minimum of 25 and can have volume discounts.

Review Product Details
On the product page, you can:
- Explore available colors and view product mockups
- Check the size guide (if applicable)
- View available sizes
- Review detailed product information
- See available decoration methods
- Check product pricing and applicable discount rates
Check Color Variants
- To check the mock-ups for each color, click on the color and hover your mouse over the mock-up to check the details.
- Some items will have a preview on each side (e.g., back and front). Just click on the side you wish to check to see the mockup.
Out of Stock Colors
If a color variant is out of stock, it will appear with a faded overlay and a diagonal line across it.
Review Size Guide
To view sizes and measurements, click the SIZE GUIDE link located below the available color options.
Important Note
- For size guides that redirect you to a separate page or show body measurements, be sure to review the product information as well. You may find a disclaimer at the bottom noting possible differences between the size guide and the actual garment.
- For size guides that open in a pop-up window, you can view disclaimers, measuring instructions, and product-specific measurements by scrolling through the details in the pop-up.
Out of Stock Sizes
- If a size is out of stock, it will appear faded, and you won't be able to enter a quantity in the box.
Available Decoration Method
- For some customizable swag, find information about imprint type, imprint area, and imprint location in the Product Information or Decoration Method.
Choose Item and Add to Bag
Once you see a similar item that you wish to restock, select the quantity per size and color as needed.
(Check size charts before finalizing.)
Click “ADD TO BAG”
Customize Your Swag
Upload Your Logo
If you added a blank swag to your bag, you will be prompted to upload your logo.
- You can upload your company's logo by searching the company URL, uploading from your device, or using a previously uploaded logo in your account.
- Once done, click on "I am authorized to use this logo."
Upload Brand Guidelines (Optional)
- If you have brand guidelines or any specific design specifications, you have the option to upload a PDF for our team's reference. This will help maintain brand consistency in the mock-ups.
Select Preferred Decoration Method (Optional)
In the field labeled Preferred Decoration Method, enter how you'd like your logo applied.
Example:Embroidery, screen print, DTF
Specify Logo Placement (Optional)
In the field labeled Logo Placement, indicate where the logo should appear on the item.
Example:Left chest, center, back center
Add Notes to the Design Team (Optional)

Use the Notes to the design team field to provide extra details, such as:
Logo size
Color preferences
Special instructions or usage notes
Add to Bag
Once all fields are complete, click the ADD TO BAG button in the bottom right corner to save your custom item.
Continue Shopping or View Bag
- Once done, the item will now be added to your bag.
- Click VIEW BAG if you wish to proceed to checkout,
or click the “X” icon on the pop-up to return to the catalog and continue shopping.
View Bag or Continue Shopping
A confirmation pop-up will appear.
Choose “VIEW BAG” to proceed to checkout, or X to keep shopping.
Initiate Checkout
- Once you are satisfied with the items you added to your cart, just click the bag icon to proceed to checkout.
My Bag Page Guide
Once you are on the My Bag page, you have the options to
Edit Item – Click the ✏️ icon to update item details (size, quantity, etc.).
Edit Customization – Click “EDIT CUSTOMIZATION” to change the logo or decoration notes.
Delete Item – Click the 🗑️ icon to remove a single item.
Remove All – Click “REMOVE ALL” to clear your entire cart.
- Note – Read the note information carefully regarding the mockup and production timeline before you proceed to checkout.
Checkout – Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” when you're ready to place the order.
Check out Your Order
Provide Shipping Information
- Since you are restocking your Stadium Swag Locker, you will have to choose "Stadium Warehouse" for the address.
- Once the address is added, click "CONTINUE."
Peace of Mind Protection
- Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.
- Click CONTINUE to save changes.
Select or Add a Payment Method
- Select a payment method from the options available or add a new payment method if needed.
- Click CONTINUE to save changes.
Add Billing Info
- Scroll down and add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
- You also have the option to add a billing note if needed.
- Click CONTINUE to proceed.
Finalize the Payment
- Click "PAY NOW" to complete your purchase.
Confirmation
- Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation message.
- You can download your receipt and note down your order number for reference.
🎨 Approve Mock-ups (For New Items)
If the item you restocked is new or has a new logo, your mock-up must be reviewed and approved first before production can proceed.
Check the mock-up's status
- After placing your order, go to your Swag page.
- Navigate to the SAVED DESIGNS or ALL tab to find your order.
- Your mock-up status will initially show as "IN DESIGN", indicating that our team is working on your design.
Check Your Mock-ups
- Once your mock-ups are ready, the status will be updated.
- You’ll also receive an automated email notification once your mock-ups are available for review.
- Click on the image of your swag item to view the mock-up details.

- If you ordered multiple items, click VIEW MORE to see all mock-ups.

- Hover your mouse on the image to zoom in on the details.
Approve Mockups or Request Changes
- If you're happy with the design, click APPROVE DESIGN to finalize it.
- If changes are needed, click REQUEST CHANGES and provide specific feedback.
- You can do this for each swag item individually or for the entire collection under the SAVED DESIGNS tab.
Approved Designs
- Once approved, the mock-up status will change to "DESIGN READY", and production will begin.
- To access more options, click on the three dots (…) next to each collection.
💡 Important Note:
- Changes cannot be made after approval once the order enters production.
- If you need to update a design after approval, contact our customer service team as soon as possible via:
- The chatbot on our website
- The ✨Contact Us form
- If production has already started, we will not be able to modify the design.
🚚 Track Full Order Details

Navigate to Orders
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
- Find the locker collection you wish to check by clicking the arrow to expand the details of the order.
- You will see the order number, the tracking details, the option to download the invoice and go back to your swag page.
Once the items are delivered to the Stadium Warehouse, your Swag Inventory will also be updated.
