Do you have your own pre-purchased swag and want to store it in your Stadium locker? We got you covered! Here's a simple guide on how to add the pre-purchased swag items you are sending to our warehouse to your Stadium Locker.  

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Add Swag Items You Are Sending to Our Warehouse To Your Stadium Locker

Log In to Your Account:

• Go to Stadium's website and log in to your account.

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Swag page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Store in Locker

• On the  Swag page, click the three dots.
• From the given options, click on "Store With Us."

Provide Item Details

• Fill out the Add Item form, detailing the item you're sending to us.
• After providing the details, click "NEXT"
  
  *Please note the following specifications for the better image quality of the items once added to your shop (Accepted Image Formats: .jpg, .png, .jpeg; Max file size: 5.00MB).
  
  *At the very bottom of the page, you can download our warehouse address and phone number. This is where the items should be delivered and addressed.
  
  
   

Select Payment Method

• Choose or add your preferred payment method from the options provided.
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.
  
  *Please note that this15% of the total value includes the expenses associated with receiving, sorting, stocking, and providing insurance for the items.

Add Billing Information

• Add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Process Payment

Confirmation

• You'll receive a confirmation message that the item has been successfully added to your inventory
• You will be provided again our warehouse address and contact number
• Please make sure to follow the instructions provided
• If you are done checking all the information, click "DONE" to close the page.
  
  
  
   

Dashboard View

• The item you added will now be visible in your dashboard's inventory.
• Just click the item to view more details.
  
  
  

You're all set! You have successfully added your items to your Stadium Locker. Use the dashboard to monitor and manage the inventory of the items you've sent to our warehouse
