Looking to edit swag details in your Swag Locker? Whether you need to update images, change quantities, adjust product details, or add tracking information, you can easily manage and customize your swag inventory directly from your account. This guide will show you how to edit swag items in your Locker Inventory, step by step. Editing swag items is simple and ensures your inventory stays accurate before sending items to our warehouse.

⚠️ Important Note

If you’ve pre-purchased swag items intended to be sent to our warehouse, you can still make edits to their details before finalizing.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to edit the details of the swag items in your inventory

Log In to Your Account:

• Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
   

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Swag page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access Inventory Dashboard

• In the Swag Locker, navigate to the "LOCKER INVENTORY" dashboard and look for the swag item that you wish to edit.
   

Edit Your Swag

Option 1

• To use the shortcut, click on the three dots located in the upper right corner of the swag item, then click on Edit.

Option 2

• Alternatively, you can also click directly on the swag's image to be routed to the product page.
   

• If you choose option 2, you will be redirected to the product page.
• Click on the pencil icon to start editing.

Edit the Swag Name

• On the top left, you can change the name of the swag item.

Add or Change an Image

To Upload a New Image:

• Click the upload image box.
• Click the folder icon to select and upload your new image.
• After uploading the new image, click on "SAVE CHANGES"

• After uploading the new image, click on "SAVE CHANGES"

To Change an Existing Image:

• Remove the current image by clicking the "X" button.
• Upload your new image.
• Click on "SAVE CHANGES" to save the new image.

Edit Swag Details

On the right-hand side, you can modify various details such as:

• Selling Price
• Unique ID
• Category
• Tracking Number
• Vendor/Product Link
• Quantity Alert Threshold
• Product Description
• Notes
•  

Save Changes

• After making the desired changes, click on "SAVE"

Confirmation

• A confirmation message will pop up and your edits will be applied immediately to the item's page.
