✅ Requirements Before Installation
- Admin credentials for your HRIS or ATS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse).
- Access to your Web Services Endpoint URL.
- ISU (Integration System User) login credentials with appropriate data access.
- An active Stadium account with gifting campaigns ready to go
Here is a step-by-step guide on How to integrate A stadium account with HRIS/ATS platform:
Log in to Your Stadium Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Access Your Contacts
- Once logged in, navigate to the dropdown menu located beside your profile name. From the dropdown menu, select "Contacts."
Go To the Integrations Page
- On the contacts page click MANAGE INTEGRATIONS
Choose Your Integration
You'll now have the option to choose whether you want to connect to an HRIS or ATS platform.
- On the Company Space page, click on INTEGRATIONS
- From there you can choose which available connections can you use for your Stadium integrations.
You can either:

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific app or platform

Click the SEE ALL button to browse the full list of available integrations
Select Your Platform
- In this example, let's say you want to connect to Workday HRIS.
- Click on "Workday-HRIS"
Authenticate Your Account
Note: Workday Integrations are only accessible by admins.
- From the options shown, choose how would you like to authenticate.
- If you are not an admin, copy this URL to share with your admin and direct them to the next step.
- If you are an admin, click on I am an admin button to proceed.
Review Data Access
- Before proceeding, make sure to carefully read the information regarding the data access that will be granted. Once reviewed, click "NEXT" to proceed.
Enter Workday Web Services Endpoint URL
Enter your Workday Web Services Endpoint URL as required. If you're unsure how to find this URL, follow the steps outlined in our guide on "How to Find Your Workday Web Services Endpoint URL."

Submission and Sync
Once all is set up , enter the Workday Web Services Endpoint URL, and click "SUBMIT."
You'll then be prompted to enter the credentials for the ISU (Integration System User) to proceed with the synchronization process. Enter the credentials for the ISU to proceed with the sync.
Contact Details Update
Once the sync is processed, you'll notice that the contact details are updated in your Stadium account. By default, we automatically resync this information every 24 hours to keep your contact list up-to-date. However, you also have the option to manually trigger a resync by using the "RESYNC" button if you've made updates on your platform.
Utilize Contact Information
To access the integrated contact information for your gifting campaigns, simply click the expand icon next to each contact.
