If you need to restock swag items previously purchased swag from us, this guide will help you through the process. Follow these steps to efficiently replenish your swag inventory.

Step-by-Step Guide on Restocking purchased swag items from the Stadium locker

Log In to Your Account:

• Go to Stadium's website and log in to your account.
  
  

  
  

   

Navigate to your My Swag Page

• Click the Sender drop-down menu and select "My Swag"
  
  

Access the Inventory Tab:

• In the My Swag dashboard, click on the "Inventory" tab.
• Find the item you want to restock and click the "RESTOCK" button.

Note: Swag items purchased from Stadium will show a "RESTOCK" button, while swag items that came directly from the account owner and were sent to our warehouse will show a "PURCHASE SIMILAR' button

Indicate the Quantity and Complete the Form:

• Specify the quantity of the selected swag items you wish to order.
• Fill in all the necessary information and click "PURCHASE"

Please Note:

For On-Demand items, the price per unit will be displayed.

For Bulk Swag items, the price per unit will adjust based on the volume ordered. A price chart will be provided as a reference for discounted prices.

Select or Add a Payment Method:

• Choose an existing payment method or add a new one.
• Add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
• Click REVIEW & PAY to proceed.
  
  

Finalize the Payment:

• Click "PAY NOW" to finalize your purchase.

Receive Confirmation and Download Invoice:

• After your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation message.

• You can download the invoice from your "My Orders" page:
• Click the drop-down arrow beside your name.
  Select "My Orders" from the drop-down menu.

• Find the locker collection you wish to check by clicking the arrow to expand the details of the order.
• You will see the order number, the swag items restocked, and the option to download the invoice.
