If you need to restock swag items previously purchased swag from us, this guide will help you through the process. Follow these steps to efficiently replenish your swag inventory.
🛒 Step-By-Step Guide on Restocking Purchased Swag Items from The Stadium Locker
Log In to Your Account:
- Go to Stadium's website and log in to your account.
Navigate to Your Swag Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Swag page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page.
Access the Inventory Tab:
- In the My Swag dashboard, click on the "Inventory" tab.
- Find the item you want to restock and click the "RESTOCK" button.
Choose Quantity and Add to Bag

You’ll be redirected to the product page in the Swag Shop.

Select quantity per size and color as needed.

(Check size charts before finalizing.)

Click “Add to Bag.”
View Bag or Continue Shopping

A confirmation pop-up will appear.

Choose “VIEW BAG” to proceed to checkout, or X to keep shopping.
Adding More items To the bag
- If you clicked on the X button, you'll be routed back to the product's page.
- To add more items: Use the search bar or click “Back to Menu” and repeat the process.
- Once you find the other item you want to order simply add them to your bag.
Proceed To Checkout
- Once you are satisfied with the items you added to your cart just click the bag icon to proceed to checkout.
Upload your logo:
- If you have ordered an item that does not have customizations yet, you'll be asked to add a logo for that item.
- Click the ADD LOGO button and upload a logo for your swag.
- Click MY DEVICE to browse files
- Edit the logo and click SAVE CHANGES once finalized.
- Click ADD to proceed.
- Click on the check box "I am authorized to use this logo"
- Once done click "CHECKOUT"
Provide Shipping Information:
- Since you are restocking your Stadium Swag Locker, you will have to choose "Stadium Warehouse" for the address.
- Once the address is added click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT."
Select or Add a Payment Method:
- Select a payment method from the options available or add a new payment method if needed.
- Scroll down and add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
- Click REVIEW & PAY to proceed.
Finalize the Payment:
- Click "PAY NOW" to complete your purchase.
Confirmation:
- Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation message.
- You can download your receipt and note down your order number for reference.
- Click GO TO MY ORDERS to track your order.
🎨 Approve Mock-ups (For New Items)
If the item you restocked is new or has a new logo, your mock-up must be reviewed and approved first before production can proceed.
Check Mock up's status
- After placing your order, go to your Swag page.
- Navigate to the SAVED DESIGNS or ALL tab to find your order.
- Your mock-up status will initially show as "IN DESIGN", indicating that our team is working on your design.
Check Your Mock-ups
- Once your mock-ups are ready, the status will be updated. This process typically takes 1-2 business days, but larger orders with multiple swag items may take longer.
- You’ll also receive an automated email notification once your mock-ups are available for review.
- Click on the image of your swag item to view the mock-up details.

- If you ordered multiple items, click VIEW MORE to see all mock-ups.

- Hover your mouse on the image to zoom in on the details.
Approve Mockups or Request Changes
- If you're happy with the design, click APPROVE DESIGN to finalize it.
- If changes are needed, click REQUEST CHANGES and provide specific feedback.
- You can do this for each swag item individually or for the entire collection under the SAVED DESIGNS tab.
Approved Designs
- Once approved, the mock-up status will change to "DESIGN READY", and production will begin.
- To access more options, click on the three dots (…) next to each collection.
💡 Important Note:
- Changes cannot be made after approval once the order enters production.
- If you need to update a design after approval, contact our customer service team as soon as possible via:
- The chatbot on our website
- The ✨Contact Us form
- If production has already started, we will not be able to modify the design.
📦 Monitor Your Restock Order (for Items Shipped to Warehouse)
- If you have sent out the items to our US warehouse, you can monitor the progress of your order through your Stadium Locker's "INVENTORY" dashboard.
- You will also see that the number of restocked items will get updated.
🚚 Track Full Order Details
Navigate to the Orders Page

Navigate to Orders
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
- Find the locker collection you wish to check by clicking the arrow to expand the details of the order.
- You will see the order number, the tracking details, the option to download the invoice and go back to your swag page.
