The Points Transfer feature allows recipients to convert "Shop Points" received from gift senders into "My Stadium Points," offering them the flexibility to shop across different stores within their accounts. If you initially restricted points usage to your specific shop but now wish to allow recipients to transfer their Shop Points to My Stadium Points, follow this step-by-step guide to enable the feature in your shop.
Step-by-Step Guide to Enabling Points Transfer
Login to your Stadium account
- Go to https://www.bystadium.com and log in to your account.
Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Select Your Live Shop
- On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.
Activate Points Transfer
- Go to "SETTINGS" and under GENERAL SETTINGS look for the "Points Transfer" option.
- Toggle the button to activate this feature. The toggle button should turn green, indicating that points transfer is now enabled for your shop.
Save Changes
- After toggling the button, click on the "SAVE CHANGES" button to apply the modifications. This step is crucial to ensure the points transfer feature becomes active in your shop.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will then appear on the top right corner of your screen.
