π§ Understanding Your Collection's Status
The steps for requesting design changes vary slightly depending on your collection's current status:
-
IN DESIGN (π‘):
Your collection is currently being crafted by our design team. Once the initial mockups are ready, you'll receive an email notification and your status will update to MOCK-UPS READY.
-
MOCK-UPS READY (π ):
Your mockups have not yet been approved. You'll see REQUEST CHANGES and APPROVE DESIGNS buttons directly on the collection card. Changes made will apply to the current order.
-
DESIGN READY (π’):
Your mockups have already been approved and your order may be in production. You can still request design changes, but they will apply to future orders only β not the current order in progress.
What items appear in the design feedback tool
When you submit a request, you'll be directed to Pastel β Stadium's design feedback tool. Keep in mind:
- Items with a pencil (βοΈ) icon on Stadium can be edited directly using the Customizer tool. These items will not appear in Pastel.
- Items without a pencil icon are managed by Stadium's Swag Design Team and will appear in Pastel for you to leave feedback on.
