🔄 Currency and Conversion Details

With this platform, the recognition currency is customizable.

• Program owners can rename it to kudos, points, badges, or any term they prefer.

• Conversion rates can vary (e.g., 1 USD = 10 kudos).

• Distribution frequency (monthly, weekly, quarterly) is set by the program owner.

For this example, we’re using "kudos" as the currency with a monthly cycle.

Here Is a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Redeem and Send Kudos

Accessing the P2P Recognition Feed

📩Receive Email Notification

• At the start of a new recognition cycle, you will receive an email with the number of kudos you have for that cycle.
• Click the "START RECOGNIZING" button in the email to begin.

🔐 Sign In or Create an Account

If you were not logged in, you'll be asked to either create a Stadium account or Sign In to your existing account

For New Users:

• Fill out the account creation form as prompted.
• Click on CREATE ACCOUNT to proceed.

For Returning Users:

• If you already have an existing Stadium account, click on Sign In and enter your credentials to log in.

• Once logged in, you will be routed to the Program's feed.

👥Check the List of Users

• Click the profile icons at the top to view all users added to the recognition program.

🔄Switch Between Multiple Recognition Programs

• If you're part of more than one recognition program, click the program name at the upper right to switch between them.

🎯Start Recognizing

🎉Sending Kudos

• Start typing "@" followed by the recipient's name, or click on the "@USERS" button to see a list of users in the program.
• Select the user you want to recognize from the list.

• Click the "+" button and select the desired amount of kudos you wish to send, or type "+" followed by the amount.
• Note that your remaining balance of kudos for the current cycle will be displayed, indicating how many more you can send.

🏷️Adding Hashtags (Optional)

• If you wish to include a hashtag in your recognition post, click the "#" button.
   
• If there are existing hashtags created by other users, you'll see them in the list. Otherwise, you can create your own hashtag.

🎨Enhancing Your Recognition Post

• You can include emojis, photos, and links, as well as mention other users (without sending kudos) in the same post.
   

📤Posting the Message

 

• Add the rest of your message.
• Click the "SEND KUDOS" button to send your kudos, and it will be posted in the feed.

✏️Editing Your Post

• After posting a recognition, you have the option to edit your post within a 60-second window.
• Click on the three dots and select Edit.

• A timer will be displayed, showing you how many seconds are left to edit your post.
   
• Be sure to complete your edits and click "SAVE CHANGES" before the timer runs out. Once the timer expires, you will no longer be able to edit your post.

💡 Important: Kudos Reset Every Cycle

*It's important to note that the remaining kudos do not carry over from one cycle to the next. If you have not distributed all the kudos allotted for the current cycle, any remaining kudos will expire when the cycle ends. At the start of a new cycle, you will receive the full amount of kudos specified by the program owner. For example, if you are given 200 kudos per monthly cycle, and you have 50 kudos left over when the cycle ends, your total kudos will reset to 200 at the beginning of the next monthly cycle.
