This guide provides detailed instructions on how to create a recognition post, edit a kudos message, or react to a post on Stadium's Kudos Program to help you engage with your team in meaningful ways. Recognize, respond, and celebrate right from your dashboard.

Creating a Post

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
   

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Choose a Recognition Program

• If you’re part of multiple programs, click the dropdown to select the correct one.

• If you’re only part of one, you’ll be directed there automatically.

Enter Message:

• Type your message in the message box.

• Hit "SEND KUDOS" to post your message.

Editing a Post

Edit Option:

• After posting, click the three-dot icon next to your message.

Time Limit:

• You have 1 minute to make any edits to your post after it is published.

Reacting To A Post

React with Emoji:

• Click the emoji icon to react to a post with your chosen emoji.

 

Add Comments or Replies:

• To add a comment to a post, simply click on the "+" icon or the message icon.
• You can also add emojis, stickers, links, or images in your reply. 
• Similar to a post, you will have 1 minute to edit your comment.
