💡 Important Note About Quotes

The quote generated through the Swag Locker Shop is designed to provide a comprehensive estimate for your order. Quotes may include swag item costs, decoration costs, vendor charges, shipping estimates, and other applicable fulfillment-related fees.

Once an order is checked out, our team will review the details and follow up with additional information, including production timelines, shipping details, decoration specifications, and any order-specific requirements or adjustments.

Here is a Step-by-Step Guide on How To Get A Quote For Bulk Swag

 

Entry Point 1: Swag Catalog

• Go to https://www.bystadium.com/ and click the drop-down arrow next to Catalog.
• From the options, click on  SWAG CATALOG.

Entry Point 2: Swag Locker Shop

 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where the swag collection is created.

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Swag
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access Swag Locker Shop

• On your  Swag page, click "PURCHASE SWAG."

Start Shopping

Select a Delivery Country

Make sure that you are ordering from the country menu where you want the swag to be delivered.

• Click the flag icon in the store
• Select the country where you want the swag to be shipped.

Search for Swag Items

• Browse through the available swag items.
• Use the search bar for a quick lookup or filter by category to easily find the items you want a quote for.

Adding Items To Cart

Items from My Design Swag Category

• For Pre-Designed Items, click on the My Design Swag category

Using Filters

In the "MY DESIGNED SWAG" category, you can:

• Search for specific items using the search bar to add them to your cart and generate a quote.

• Filter by category to narrow down your choices efficiently.

• Access shared swag (for Workspace users with appropriate permissions) by using the WORKSPACE SHARING filter. This allows you to view both your own designs and those created by other users in your Workspace.

•  Once you have chosen an item, enter the quantity and then click ADD TO BAG

• Your Pre-Designed item will be added immediately.

 For Blank Swag Items (Customizable)

• For any blank swag items, you’ll be prompted to customize the item.

Customizing Blank Swag Items

Upload Your Logo

If you added a blank swag to your bag, you will be prompted to upload your logo.

• You can upload your company's logo by searching the company URL, uploading from your device, or using a previously uploaded logo in your account.
• Once done, click on "I am authorized to use this logo." 

Upload Brand Guidelines (Optional)

• If you have brand guidelines or any specific design specifications, you have the option to upload a PDF for our team's reference. This will help maintain brand consistency in the mock-ups.

Select Preferred Decoration Method (Optional)

• In the field labeled Preferred Decoration Method, enter how you'd like your logo applied.
  Example:
  Embroidery, screen print, DTF

Specify Logo Placement (Optional)

• In the field labeled Logo Placement, indicate where the logo should appear on the item.
  Example:
  Left chest, center, back center

Add Notes to the Design Team (Optional)

• Use the Notes to the design team field to provide extra details such as:

  • Logo size

  • Color preferences

  • Special instructions or usage notes

Add to Bag

• Once all fields are complete, click the ADD TO BAG button in the bottom right corner to save your custom item.

Continue Shopping or View Bag

• To add more items, click the "X" icon to close the pop-up page and continue shopping.
• If you are ready to get a quote, click on VIEW BAG.

Review Your Bag and Get a Quote

• In the My Bag view, review your selected items.
• Click on VIEW QUOTE to generate your quote.
  
  

Quote Overview

• A pop-up page will show an overview of your quote, with options to send the quote via email or download it.
• The quote is intended to provide a comprehensive estimate and may include item costs, decoration fees, vendor charges, shipping estimates, and other applicable fulfillment-related costs.
• For a detailed breakdown of the Fulfillment Fees, click Talk to Sales to be routed to our book a call form.
• Once done, click DONE to complete the process.
