Before finalizing your bulk swag order on Stadium or to add new on-demand products to your account, you can request mockups to preview how your logo and branding will appear on selected items. Whether you're wondering how to preview branded swag designs before placing a bulk order, customize items with your logo, or check mockup status after submission, this article will walk you through the full process.
Step-by-Step Guide to Request Swag Mockups
Access Swag Catalog
Entry Point 1: Swag Catalog
- Go to https://www.bystadium.com/ and click on Catalog.
- From the main page, click on BROWSE SWAG CATALOG.
Entry Point 2: From Your Stadium Account
Log In to Your Stadium Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to Your Swag Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to Swag
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page.
Access Swag Locker Shop
- On your Swag page, click "PURCHASE SWAG."
Browse Swag Catalog
Select a Delivery Country
Make sure that you are ordering from the country menu of where you want the swag to be delivered.
- Click the flag icon in the store
- Select the country where you want the swag to be shipped.
Choose Your Swag
- Browse through the available swag items.
- Use the search bar for a quick search or filter items by category.
- Pay attention to the minimum order quantities for each swag item
- You may use the filters or sort items by price or featured list. Additionally, you may also request an item if you can't find what you are looking for.
- On-demand items- These are swag items that are printed only when an order is placed and have a minimum of 1. Orders ship directly from the manufacturers.
- Bulk Swag items- These are swag items that require at least a minimum of 25 and can have volume discounts. These items can be shipped to one location or to Stadium's warehouse to be included in a kit.

Sharing your customization preferences
- For any blank swag items, you’ll be prompted to customize the item.
Customizing Blank Swag Items
Upload Your Logo
If you added a blank swag to your bag, you will be prompted to upload your logo.
- You can upload your company's logo by searching the company URL, uploading from your device, or using a previously uploaded logo in your account.
- Once done, click on "I am authorized to use this logo."
Upload Brand Guidelines (Optional)
- If you have brand guidelines or any specific design specifications, you have the option to upload a PDF for our team's reference. This will help maintain brand consistency in the mock-ups.
Select Preferred Decoration Method (Optional)

In the field labeled Preferred Decoration Method, enter how you'd like your logo applied.
Example:Embroidery, screen print, DTF
Specify Logo Placement (Optional)

In the field labeled Logo Placement, indicate where the logo should appear on the item.
Example:Left chest, center, back center
Add Notes to the Design Team (Optional)

Use the Notes to the design team field to provide extra details such as:

Logo size

Color preferences

Special instructions or usage notes

Add to Bag

Once all fields are complete, click the ADD TO BAG button in the bottom right corner to save your custom item.
Continue Shopping or View Bag
- Once done, the item will now be added to your bag.
- Click VIEW BAG if you wish to proceed to checkout,
or click the “X” icon on the popup to return to the catalog and continue shopping.
Request Mockups
Go to "My Bag"
- Once you are satisfied with the items you added to your cart, just click the bag icon to proceed to My Bag page.
Review Customizations
- On the "My Bag" page, you can review the logo(s) you uploaded for each swag.
- Review each item and click Edit Customization if needed.
Initiate Mockups Request
- After reviewing the items in your cart, click on "REQUEST MOCKUPS."
After adding your customized swag to the bag, you’ll see a pop-up window with two options:
Option 1: CONTINUE WITH MOCKUPS
- Click this if you only want to request mockups for review without placing an order right away.
- Use this when you want to see design previews before committing to payment.
Option 2: BACK TO BAG
- Click this to go back to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Choose this if you're ready to pay now and speed up the process. The mockups will still be provided for approval before production starts.
In this article, we will choose CONTINUE WITH MOCKUPS to initiate the request.
Request Mockups
- After choosing CONTINUE WITH MOCKUPS, another window will appear.
- Select which items you'd like mockups for (if you have more than one in your cart)
- Note: Any unselected items will remain in your cart.
- After selecting the items, click the SUBMIT button to proceed with the request
Confirmation
- Once the request is successfully submitted, a confirmation window will appear. Please read the stated timelines for your design to be ready.
- To check the status of your request, click on the VIEW SWAG button.
Wait and Approve Your Mock-ups
Check the Mock-up's status
- Clicking the VIEW SWAG button will route you to your Swag page.
- Navigate to the SAVED DESIGNS or ALL tab to find your order.
- Your mock-up status will initially show as "IN DESIGN", indicating that our team is working on your design.
Check Your Mock-ups
- Once your mock-ups are ready, the status will update. This process typically takes 2-3 business days, but larger orders with multiple swag items may take longer.
- You’ll also receive an automated email notification once your mock-ups are available for review.
- Click on the image of your swag item to view the mock-up details.

- If you ordered multiple items, click VIEW MORE to see all mock-ups.

- Hover your mouse over the image to zoom in on the details.
Approve Mockups or Request Changes
- If you're happy with the design, click APPROVE DESIGN to finalize it.
- If changes are needed, click REQUEST CHANGES and provide specific feedback.
- You can do this for each swag item individually or for the entire collection under the SAVED DESIGNS tab.
Approved Designs
- Once approved, the mock-up status will change to "DESIGN READY." you may now place a bulk order from your saved designs, add them to your shops, request changes, or create a swag kit.
- To access more options, click on the three dots (…) next to each collection.
💡 Important Note For MockUps with Orders Placed:
- Changes cannot be made after approval once the order enters production.
- If you need to update a design after approval, contact our customer service team as soon as possible via:

- If production has already started, we will not be able to modify the design.
