Stadium Shops Tiered Pricing Explained

💡 Why the Prices Look Different

When you add bulk swag to your Stadium shop catalog, such as apparel, tech, or drinkware that can be ordered in large quantities, some items may automatically display tiered pricing. This means that the more units you order, the lower the price per unit becomes. In your shop's feature picks view, these products will display a price like “as low as 874 Pts”, indicating the best possible rate available at high quantities.




 

However, when a user clicks into the product, they’ll see the standard per-unit price based on a minimum order of one (e.g., 1,035 Pts). This setup helps communicate the potential savings for larger team orders. If you want a simpler, fixed-price experience for your users, there is an option for this instead:

🧠 Important: This tiered pricing display only applies to shops with bulk swag products enabled. Shops that only use on-demand or single-item swag won't see this pricing behavior.

If you prefer to show just one price per item (regardless of quantity), you can turn off bulk pricing in your shop settings.

🟢 How to Turn On Bulk Pricing in Your Shop

If you'd like to hide volume discount pricing and show only the minimum quantity pricing for all products, follow these steps:

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where the shop is created.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Change the Currency

• Navigate to the SETTINGS tab,
• Click on SWAG SETTINGS,
• Then click on the toggle button to turn it on.

Save Changes and Confirmation

• Once the toggle button turns green, click on SAVE CHANGES.
• A confirmation message will show at the top corner of the screen once successful.
