Looking to switch your Stadium Package, upgrade to unlock more features, or explore your options? This article will guide you through the process of managing your Stadium Package at different stages—during onboarding, post-onboarding, or when upgrading from the Gifting Basic Package.

Changing Stadium Package during the Onboarding Period

• Switching your Stadium Package during onboarding is simple. Just inform your onboarding specialist, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments to your account.
• ⚠️Important Note: 
  Once the onboarding period ends, changes to your Package cannot be made. However, you can purchase a new Package at any time.

Upgrading Paid Packages After Onboarding Period

If you already have a paid Package and need to unlock additional features, you’ll need to speak with our sales team.

Here’s how:

• Use the TALK TO SALES buttons found in:

👉The Stadium Pricing page

• Alternatively, fill out the Book-A-Call form on our 👉 Stadium Pricing Page or👉  Book-A-Call Page.

Upgrading Gifting Basic Package

Users with the Gifting Basic Package can upgrade by purchasing a paid Package directly from our website.

Steps to Change Your Gifting Basic Stadium Package:

Log In

• Visit the Stadium website at bystadium.com.
• Make sure to login into your Stadium account using your credentials first.
   

You may access the Feature Packages page to change your current package through the following pages;

Entry Point 1. Stadium Homepage

• On the Stadium homepage, look for the badge after the "Welcome to your Stadium Home, (Profile Name)!" message.
• Hover your mouse over the badge to view more options.
• Click on "VIEW PACKAGES."
• You will be routed to the Feature Packages page.

Entry Point 2. Your Account Settings

• Click the drop-down button next to your profile name to view more options.
• Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  
  
  
   
• In your Account Settings, navigate to the "PACKAGES" section.
• Here, you will find details about your current Package and the available Packages. 
• Click the TALK TO SALES button and fill out the form to book your session to discuss the features with our sales team and request a custom price.

Entry Point 3. Lock Icons from Features Not Accessible on Your Current Package

• The examples below will show the lock features under Stadium Shops. However, you will also see these lock features in other Stadium offerings like Automated Gifting, Swag Kits, Swag Lockers, etc. Depending on what Package you currently have in your account.
  
   
• From your Shops page, click on your Live Shop to view the Shop Dashboard

• Navigate to the SETTINGS tab to view some of the Stadium features. 
   

• For those features that are only accessible by purchasing a specific Package, you will find these ICONS (). See sample screenshots below.

Initiate Purchase

If you currently have a Gifting Basic Package in your account, you will see all the paid Packages available for purchase. 

• Click the TALK TO SALES button and fill out the form to book your session if you want to discuss the features with our sales team and request for custom pricing.

If you need to change your Package in the future, simply follow these steps again to select a new Package.
