Looking to switch your Stadium Pass, upgrade to unlock more features, or explore your options? This article will guide you through the process of managing your Stadium Pass at different stages—during onboarding and post-onboarding.

Changing Stadium Pass during the Onboarding Period

• Switching your Stadium Pass during onboarding is simple. Just inform your onboarding specialist, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments to your account.
• ⚠️Important Note: 
  Once the onboarding period ends, changes to your Stadium Pass cannot be made. However, you can purchase a new Pass at any time.

Upgrading Paid Passes After Onboarding Period

If you already have a paid Stadium Pass and need to unlock additional features, you’ll need to speak with our sales team.

Here’s how:

• Use the TALK TO SALES buttons found in:

👉Locked features icons

👉The Stadium Pricing page

• Alternatively, fill out the Book-A-Call form on our 👉 Stadium Pricing Page or👉  Book-A-Call Page.

LOCKED ICONS WITHIN STADIUM ACCOUNT

You may access the Feature Passes page to change your current Stadium Pass through the Lock Icons within your account:

Entry Point 1: Navigation Bar

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Access Locked Features
  • In the sidebar menu, click on any features with a  "/ lock icon " to view all Stadium Passes

Entry Point 2: Feature Pages

• For those features that are only accessible by purchasing a specific Stadium Pass, you will find these ICONS (). See sample screenshots below.
• Hover over the icons and click View Packages, or click the icon directly.

Initiate Purchase

• After clicking on the () icons, a pop-up window will appear showing your current Stadium Pass.
• Check the features available on other Stadium Passes to identify which one
• If you wish to upgrade, click the BOOK A DEMO button and fill out the form to book your session if you want to discuss the features with our sales team and request custom pricing.

If you need to change your pass in the future, simply follow these steps again to select a new Stadium Pass
