Important Note:

Switching your Stadium package is easy during the onboarding period. Simply let your onboarding specialist know and we will apply the changes to your account!

Once this period ends, changes to your package can no longer be made, but you can purchase a new package at any time. Follow these steps to access and change your package through different sections of our website.

Steps to Change Your Stadium Package:

You may access the Feature Packages page to purchase a new package through the following pages:

Log In

• Visit the Stadium website at bystadium.com.
• Make sure to login in to your Stadium account using your credentials first.
  
  

You may access the Feature Packages page to change your current package through the following pages;

Stadium Homepage

• On the Stadium homepage, look for the badge after the "Welcome to your Stadium Home, (Profile Name)!" message.
• Hover your mouse over the badge to view more options.
• Click on "VIEW FEATURE PACKAGES."
• You will be routed to the Feature Packages page.

Your Account Settings

• Click the drop-down button next to your profile name to view more options.
• Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  
  
  
  
• In your Account Settings, navigate to the "Feature Packages" section.
• Here, you will find details about your current package and the available packages. 
• For each package, you will find a "PURCHASE" button
• The Enterprise Package has custom pricing. Click on SPEAK WITH AN EXPERT to book a call with our team.

Lock Icons from Features Not Accessible on Your Current Package

• From your My Shops page, click on your Live Shop to view the Shop dashboard
  
  
• Navigate to the SETTINGS tab to view some of the Stadium features. 
  
  
• For those features that are only accessible by purchasing a specific package, you will find these ICONS (). See sample screenshots below.

Checkout Process

• After clicking the Purchase buttons, you will be routed to the checkout page to set up your payment method and confirm the purchase.
• On the Review & Pay page, review all details to ensure everything is correct.
• If everything looks good, add or select a payment method. 
• Make sure to input your Billing Country and Billing Zip Code.
• Click on Review & Pay
  
  
  
  
• You will be routed to the Review & Pay page where you can finalize your order. Click on PAY NOW. 
  
  
  
  
• You will then be routed to the confirmation page where you will find the link to the INTAKE FORM to proceed on the steps with our onboarding specialist.
  
  

Congratulations on purchasing a package! Enjoy the enhanced features of your Stadium account. If you need to change your package in the future, simply follow these steps again to select a new package.
