Can we upgrade to a different Package later?
- Yes! You can upgrade your Package at any time. We’ll prorate the cost based on your current billing cycle.
Does the annual fee include swag costs?
- No. The annual fee is a subscription fee that grants access to our platform, services, and features. Swag and fulfillment are priced separately based on orders.
Can I add an extra logo or Admin seat to my current Package?
Yes!

Why is payment collected annually upfront?
- Onboarding, catalog design, and setup require close collaboration. Paying annually upfront allows us to give you uninterrupted support and a seamless setup experience.
Where is the 15% service fee applied?
- The 15% service fee is applied only to distribution orders—not the value of the swag itself.

How does pricing work for swag kits?

Domestic (US) kits: $20/kit

International kits (US to abroad): $120/kit
These fulfillment fees cover packing and shipping. The 15% service fee applies only to distribution—not swag value.
How does reconciliation work for pre-purchased inventory used in Shops?
- Once your recipient redeems an item using your allocated budget, we’ll reconcile it with your Wallet. You’ll be reimbursed the list price of the item, minus Stadium’s fulfillment fee.

How are taxes calculated?

Self-orders (recipient pays): Based on the recipient’s billing zip code

Sender-paid orders: Based on NYC tax rate (8.875%)
Taxes are applied on top of the 15% service fee.

What is considered an active logo?
- Any color variation of the same logo design is counted as one active logo. These active logos are used across your on-demand swag catalog.

What counts as ‘activity’ for swag storage?
The following actions count as one unit of inventory activity per calendar quarter:

Sending inventoried swag via kits

Redeeming swag via Stadium Shops

Note: Each action is counted as one movement, regardless of quantity or product type.
What’s included in the on-demand swag collection?
- We’ll create a core collection for your brand, and you can select 30 free items from our additional on-demand catalog.
- If you ship internationally, we’ll also curate items for each country beyond our standard global offerings.
What’s the difference between Admin Support and a Customer Success Manager (CSM)?
