Kudos programs often thrive on emphasizing core company values. Incorporating company value hashtags ensures that each recognition post aligns with these values, reinforcing organizational culture and priorities. Here's how you can add and manage company value hashtags to your Kudos Program.

Here is the step-by-step guide to Adding Company Value Hashtags to Your Kudos Program

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
   

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Select a Kudos Program

• If you only have one kudos program set up, the website will directly route you to that program.

• If you have multiple kudos programs, just click on the drop-down arrow on the upper right and select the program that you wish to check.

Go To Your Program's Settings

• Click on Settings or the gear icon located in the top right corner.

Navigate to Hashtags

• Within the Settings menu, find and click on the 'HASHTAGS' section on the left.

Adding Company Value Hashtags

• You will need to add hashtags first before you can set them up as mandatory or use them in your post.

• Within the Hashtags section, click on 'Edit' to add your company values hashtags.

Enter Company Values

• On the pop-up window, add each company value as a hashtag by typing "#" followed by your company values. Separate multiple hashtags with commas or press 'Enter' after each one. 
   
• If you want the hashtags to be REQUIRED on each post, click on the toggle button beside MAKE COMPANY VALUES MANDATORY.
   
• After adding the company values, click on 'SAVE CHANGES' to confirm and update the list.

• You will receive a confirmation message indicating that the company values have been successfully added to the list of hashtags.

Enable Company Value Hashtags

• The "MAKE COMPANY VALUES MANDATORY" toggle is initially set to off by default.

 

• Click on the toggle button to turn it on.
• You will also see a confirmation message once it is turned on.

 

Posting with Company Value Hashtags

Navigate to Feed

• To begin posting recognition, click on 'GO TO FEED.'

Posting Requirements

• When company value hashtags are mandatory, the border around the post field will turn red if you attempt to post without including them, preventing you from posting.
• However, if company value hashtags are optional, you'll still be able to post without adding them.

Adding Hashtags & Sending Kudos

• To include hashtags, click on the 'HASHTAGS' button. Select one or more company value hashtags from the list provided.

• Once hashtags are selected, proceed to send kudos by clicking on 'SEND KUDOS'.

View Posts & Trending Hashtags

• Once you’ve submitted your post with the hashtags, you can view your post in the feed along with other posts from colleagues.
• You can explore trending hashtags on the left-hand side of the feed page.
