Here's a step-by-step guide on how to spend the kudos points you earned. 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
   

 

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

 

 

 

Option 1: Spend Your Points Via the Kudos Page

• Selecting "Recognition" will lead you to a page where you can see the "SPEND XXX PTS" button.
• Clicking this button opens a specific shop in a new tab.

 

 

Option 2: Visit the Funds Page:

  • Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
    • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
      (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
  • Navigate to the Funds Page
    • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Funds & Gifts." to access your funds and gifts details.

 

 

Check Your Stadium Points

• Opting for "Funds Page" takes you to a page displaying your available Stadium Points, Shop Points, and Stadium Wallet Funds.
• The kudos points you received will be automatically added to your Stadium Points.

 

Select and Purchase Items

• Scroll through the available shops in your account.
• Click "SHOP NOW" to enter the shop of your choice.

 

Add Items to your cart

• Once in the shop, select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.

 

 

 

Checkout Process

• Once all your items are added, click on the bag icon to proceed to checkout.

 

Proceed to Checkout

• In the My Bag page, under "MY STADIUM FUNDS," click the check box for Shop Points.
• Ensure that your order is set up as "SEND TO MYSELF." This means that you are going to add a single address for this order.

• Once done, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

 

 

Choose or Add a Shipping Address

• Set up your shipping address.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

 

Add Peace of Mind Protection (Optional)

• Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

 

 

Choose Stadium Points as Your Payment Method 

• At the payment stage, you'll be presented with various payment options. To redeem your Stadium Points, simply select "Stadium Points" as your preferred payment method.
   
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

 

 

Add Billing Note (Optional)

• Scroll down and add a billing note for reference on your invoice.
• Click SAVE.

 

 

 

 

Finalize Your Order

• Confirm your selection and click "PAY NOW" to complete your redemption process.
   

 

 

 

 

Order Confirmation

• Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.
  
  

 

Congratulations! You've successfully placed an order using your earned kudos points through Stadium's Kudos Program.
