Wondering how to add an address in your Stadium account? Make sure your orders reach the right place every time with easy address management in your Stadium account. Whether you’re sending to multiple locations or updating your delivery details, our step-by-step guide ensures a seamless experience.
Important Note:
If you need to update an address after placing an order, adding a new address to your account won’t automatically update your existing order. Please contact us through our chatbot or send your request via our ✨Contact Us form to make changes to your order’s delivery address.
Step-by-step guide on Adding a New Address to Your Stadium Account:
Log In to Your Account
- Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
Access "Account Settings" Page
- Once logged in, click the drop-down button next to your profile name. Select "Account Settings" from the options provided.
Navigate to Addresses:
- On the Account Settings page, click on "ADDRESSES."
- Click the "ADD NEW ADDRESS" button to begin adding a new address.
- Enter your new address details and click the ADD button.
Confirm Address Details:
- The system may provide a suggested address format based on maps. You can choose to either accept the suggested address by clicking "ACCEPT ADDRESS" or use an existing address previously entered by selecting "USE EXISTING ADDRESS."
- In some instances where the system is not able to find and verify the address you entered. You can choose to either confirm the address you entered is correct by clicking " ADDRESS IS CORRECT" or edit the existing address previously entered by selecting "EDIT ADDRESS."
Review and Set Default (Optional):
- Once added, you will see the new address displayed in your account next to your default address.
- If this new address is permanent, you may choose to set it as the default address for future orders by clicking the SET AS PREFERRED button.
