Looking for swag items that aren’t available in the catalog? Need a bulk order with custom specifications? You can request a custom quote through the Request an Item feature.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to request a swag item that’s not in the Stadium Swag catalog:

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

Access the Swag Catalog

There are two ways to access the swag catalog:

Option 1: From the Home Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Shops

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Sswag Catalog" to access your swag catalog's page. 

Option 2: From the Main Login Page

• On the Stadium homepage, click CATALOG.

• On the next page, click BROWSE SWAG CATALOG.

Select Your Country Menu

• Once you are in the swag catalog, click on the flag icon and search for the country where the swag will be delivered.
• Select the country to access its available swag menu.

Select a Category

• After selecting the country menu, choose a swag category that fits your needs.

Locate the "Request an Item" Button

• • On the left-hand side of the page, find the filters menu.
  • Scroll down until you see the "REQUEST AN ITEM" button.
  • Click the button to initiate a new item request.

Fill out the Form

• Click Start or press Enter to begin.

Provide Your Order Details

• Enter your contact information, including your name, email address, and company (if applicable). If you're submitting this request on behalf of a customer, please put in their information.
  
  

• Indicate who you are currently working with at Stadium

• Indicate the stage you are currently in Stadium

• Specify the items you want to order 
  
  Item details must include:
  • Bulk/On-Demand
  • Item Name
  • Budget Range
  • Premium Brand or No Brand
  • Color(s)
  • Number of Units (per color/size)
  • Imprint Type & Print Location
  • Sizes
  • Link to an image or closest example
  • Delivery Country(s)

• Provide your specified delivery date (if applicable)

• Add more information in the additional note section 
  
  
  • • Provide the shipping destination(s) for your order. A complete address is required if requesting a custom quote.
      
      
    • Include any additional requirements or special requests (e.g., branding, packaging, or specific delivery instructions).
• Review the information entered to ensure accuracy.
• Click the SUBMIT button to send your request.

Await Response from Our Team

• Your request will be reviewed by our team, and you’ll receive a customized quote within a few business days.
• If additional details are needed, we will reach out using the contact information you provided.
