How to Earn Revenue from Swag Sales

You can markup all swag items in your Stadium shop by a fixed percentage and earn revenue, which is credited to your Stadium Wallet each month.

Monthly Revenue Reconciliation Process:

1. Stadium reconciles shop transactions at the end of each month.
   
   
2. Your revenue share is deposited into your Stadium Wallet by the 7th of the following month.
   • Example: Sales from January 1-31 will be reconciled and deposited by February 7.
     
     
3. The reconciliation is calculated as:
   • Marked-up price - Original item price = Your earnings
     

Example Revenue Calculation

Let’s say you mark up a swag item originally priced at $20 by 10%:

Your $2.00 profit per item is credited to your Stadium Wallet.

Wallet and Withdrawals

• You can use your wallet balance for future Stadium orders or withdraw it to your bank.

  ✅ Wallet funds never expire and can be used for future Stadium orders.
  💰 Withdrawals can be made once a month when the balance reaches $2,000.
  ⚠️ Additional withdrawals or amounts under $2,000 incur a 10% fee.
  📅 To withdraw funds, download the payment request form and submit it to ap@bystadium.com.
  ⚠️ A 10% transaction fee applies to all withdrawals.
  📅 Withdrawals are processed monthly (e.g., a request made on January 15 will be included in the February 7 reconciliation).
