How to Sign Up for a Stadium Account
 

Here is the step-by-step guide on how to create a Stadium Account

 

Visit the Stadium Website

• Go to https://www.bystadium.com/ and click on the "LOG IN / SIGN UP" button.

Fill Out the Sign-Up Form

• You will be redirected to the Sign-Up page.
• Fill out the form with the necessary details, including your name, email address, and desired password.
• Ensure that all information is accurate and double-check your email address to avoid errors.
• Once you've filled out the form, review the details to make sure everything is correct.
• Click on the "CREATE ACCOUNT" button to finalize the account creation process.

Verify Your Account

• A 6-digit verification code (OTP) will be sent to your registered email.

  • ⚠️ Note: The OTP expires in 5 minutes. If it expires, click Resend Code to generate a new one.

Check Your Email's Inbox

• Open your inbox and copy the verification code.

• If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

Enter the Verification Code and Finalize the Sign Up

• Go back to the sign-up page and enter the code.

• Click VERIFY to activate your account.

• Once verified, you’ll be redirected to your Stadium dashboard.

🎉 And that’s it! You’ve successfully created your Stadium account.

Error Handling

Wrong Email Entered

• If you didn’t receive the code, double-check your email spelling.

• Click the Edit button to correct it.

Incorrect OTP Entered

• If you enter the wrong code, you’ll see: “Code is either incorrect or expired. Please double-check and try again.”

• Verify the code from your email before retrying.

Expired OTP

• OTP is valid for 5 minutes.
• After expiry, the same error appears, and a new OTP must be generated.
• If expired, request a new code using Resend Code.

Did Not Receive OTP

If you did not receive an OTP, you can generate a new code.

• Wait for the 60-second cooldown before requesting another code to prevent spam.

• Click Resend Code to get a new OTP.

Important Notes

• Existing Users: Current users (accounts created before this OTP feature goes live enter the date here) will not be asked to verify their account.
• Unverified New Users: If a new user signs up but does not verify via OTP, they will be prompted to verify when they next log in to that account. Any unverified user account is automatically deleted after 60 days
• SSO Users: Users signing up via Single Sign-On are exempt from OTP verification.
