Whether you’re a new user signing up for the first time or an existing user creating a new Workspace, this step-by-step guide will walk you through the process. Setting up a Workspace allows you to organize your team, manage admins, access premium features, and customize your Stadium experience. Learn how to create, name, and switch between multiple Workspaces in just a few clicks.

🆕 Creating a Company Workspace for New Users
 

Sign up for your Stadium Account

• Go to https://www.bystadium.com and complete creating your account.

Verify Your Account

• A 6-digit verification code (OTP) will be sent to your registered email.

  • ⚠️ Note: The OTP expires in 5 minutes. If it expires, click Resend Code to generate a new one.

Check Your Email's Inbox

• Open your inbox and copy the verification code.

• If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

Enter the Verification Code and Finalize the Sign Up

• Go back to the sign-up page and enter the code.

• Click VERIFY to activate your account.

• Once verified, you’ll be redirected to your Stadium dashboard.

Name Your Workspace

• Enter your Workspace name.

• Click NEXT.

Add an Admin

• Enter an admin email if you’d like to add one now.

• Click NEXT.

   

• If you do not have any admins yet, click on the SKIP button.

Confirm Free Trial

• You’ll be offered a 30-day free trial of premium features.

• Click GET STARTED to begin.

Confirmation

• A confirmation message will appear.

👥 Creating a New Company Workspace for Existing Users

Create a New Workspace

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your name.

• Select CREATE NEW WORKSPACE.

Name Your Workspace

• Enter your Workspace name.

• Click NEXT.

Add an Admin

• Enter an admin email if you’d like to add one now.

• Click NEXT.

   

• If you do not have any admins yet, click on the SKIP button.

Confirm Free Trial

• Activate your 30-day Premium Features trial by clicking GET STARTED.

Confirmation

• A confirmation message will appear.

• Your new Workspace will now appear on the home page.

🔄 Switching Between Workspaces

If you have multiple Workspaces, you can easily switch between them at any time.

The selected Workspace name will be displayed below your name.

To switch Workspaces:

1. Open your account profile dropdown.

2. Click the dropdown arrow next to your name to view all Workspaces linked to your account.

3. Select the Workspace you’d like to switch to.
