You’ll learn how to edit your Workspace name, upload or change your Workspace icon, transfer Workspace ownership, and customize your Workspace URL. Managing these settings ensures your Stadium account stays accurate, professional, and aligned with your brand.

⚙️ Steps to Manage Workspace Settings

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the company Workspace you want to manage.

Navigate to the Settings Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Settings
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Settings" to access your settings page. 

• From the options, click on Workspace Settings

Customize Workspace Settings

On the Workspace Settings Page, you can:

• Edit  Workspace Name
• Upload a Workspace Icon
• Request to transfer Workspace Ownership 
• Change Workspace Currency
• Customize Workspace URL

📝 Edit Workspace Name

• On the Workspace Settings page, enter your new Workspace Name.

• Click SAVE CHANGES.

🖼️Edit Workspace Icon

• In the Workspace Icon field, click Upload.

• You can upload your company's logo by searching the company URL, uploading from your device, or using a previously uploaded logo in your account.
• Use a logo with a transparent background and ensure all other artwork has a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
• For the best thumbnail appearance, please upload a square icon.
• Once done, click on "I am authorized to use this logo" and then click the "SAVE" button to proceed.

• Once the logo is saved, click on the SAVE CHANGES button to apply the changes to your Workspace.

👥Transfer Workspace Ownership

• Ownership transfers are carefully managed by our team to make sure all assets are securely transferred, and your account meets the required conditions.

💱 Change Workspace Currency

• Workspace currencies are carefully managed by our team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a smooth experience across all transactions.

• To request a change to your Workspace currency, please contact 📩 success@bystadium.com with your Workspace details. Our team will review your request and assist you with the update.

🔗 Customize Workspace URL

• In the Workspace URL field, enter your preferred URL.

• Click SAVE CHANGES to update your Workspace link.
