Step-by-Step Guide on How to Add Funds to your Personal Wallet
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
Go to Your Personal Workspace
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select Personal Workspace.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.
Locate the Personal Workspace Wallet
- On the options, click on My Wallet.
Initiate Fund Addition
- From your My Wallet page, click on the ADD FUNDS button.
Enter the Amount
- Enter the desired amount you wish to add.
- If necessary, you can add a note.
- Review the details of the funds to be added to the Additional Wallet before proceeding.
- Click "NEXT" to proceed.
Choose Payment Method
When adding funds to your wallet, you will be asked to select a payment method. There are two types of payment methods available: Credit Card or ACH Transfer.
🪪 Credit Card Option
- Funds added using a Credit Card are available immediately after the payment is completed.
Select Credit Card
- Select Credit Card as the payment method, and click NEXT.
Enter/Choose your Card Information
- Choose a Saved Card or Add a New Card
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Review Your Purchase and Finalize the Payment
- Review the details of the purchase.
- Click on SUBMIT FUNDS to finalize the payment
Confirmation
Go to Credit Card Option ↑
Go to Important Notes ↓
🏦 ACH Transfer Option
- Funds added using ACH will appear in your wallet once the transfer has been processed.
Select ACH Credit
- Select ACH Credit as the payment method.
- Click on SUBMIT FUNDS.
Process the Bank Transfer
Review Stadium’s Bank Transfer Details
Complete the transfer through your bank or AP team
Get a Copy of The Invoice
You can either download the invoice or send it directly to your AP team.

Send it manually to your AP team
📧 Send Invoice Option
Click SEND INVOICE
Enter your AP team’s email
Click SEND
Check Transfer Status
- Check the Transfer status under your Pending Transaction section.
Click the down-arrow on your transaction to view details
Once payment is processed by your AP team, the status will update to Complete, and funds will be added to your Personal Wallet

You may deposit any amount, but bonus credits apply only to deposits above $10,000
