Want to automatically add funds to your Personal Workspace Wallet so you never run out of balance? This guide explains how to set up auto-refill for your wallet, choose the refill amount, set a balance threshold, and select a payment method. The auto-refill feature automatically adds funds when your wallet balance drops below a set amount, helping you avoid interruptions and keep your wallet funded at all times.

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Set Up Auto-Refill in Your Personal Workspace Wallet

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

Go to Your Personal Workspace

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select Personal Workspace.

Navigate to the Wallets Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Wallets Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.

Locate the Personal Workspace Wallet

• On the options, click on My Wallet.

Activating Auto-Refill Directly from the My Wallet Page

Initiate Auto-Refill Activation

• On the My Wallet page, you can click on the SET UP button right next to Auto-Refill.
   

• Alternatively, you can click the three dots next to the "ADD FUNDS" button and select "Set up auto refill."

Set Up Auto-Refill

Select the Auto-Refill Amount

• Click the Select dropdown under Automatically Refill Amount, then choose the amount you want the system to automatically add to your wallet.

Preset Values:

• You can select from the preset amounts listed in the dropdown (for example, $5,000, $10,000, $11,000, $12,000, etc.).

Custom Amount

• If you want to add less than $5,000, choose Select custom amount and enter your preferred value under Custom Amount with a minimum deposit of $1000.
   

Set the Balance Threshold

• Under When Wallet Balance is Below, enter the balance threshold that will trigger the auto-refill.
• For example, if you enter $100, the wallet will automatically refill once the balance drops below $100.
  
  Note: The minimum threshold is $100.

Add a Note (Optional)

• Enter a reference note for your auto-refill, such as the purpose of the funds. This step is optional.

Continue Setup

Once all required fields are completed, click NEXT to proceed to the next step.

Choose Payment Method

• Select your payment method and click "NEXT."

Add or Select a Card

• You can choose to enter new card details or select a saved card already linked to your account, if one is available.

• If you add a new card, make sure all payment information is entered accurately before proceeding.

   

  
  
  

   

• Click NEXT to proceed

Review and Confirm

• Review your Order Details.
• If everything is correct, click "CONFIRM."

Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation. 
• Click "DONE" to view your Wallet.

• Go back to the My Wallet dashboard. 
• You will find that the Auto-Refill status has already been changed to AUTO REFILL: EDIT 

• Click the three dots next to the "ADD FUNDS" button, and you will find that the Auto-Refill status has already been changed to Manage auto-refill which indicates that it is already enabled.

Deactivating Auto-Refill from the My Wallet Page

Initiate Deactivation

• In your Wallet Dashboard,  click on the EDIT button next to the AUTO-REFILL section.

• Alternatively, you can  click the three dots next to the "ADD FUNDS" button and click Manage auto-refill

Edit Auto-Refill Setup

• Click on REMOVE AUTO-REFILL.

Confirmation

• Once done, a confirmation message will show at the top of your screen.
• You will find that the Auto-Refill status has already been changed to AUTO REFILL: EDIT
