📄 How Do I Share Diagnostic Results with Support?
If the troubleshooter detects a connectivity issue, you'll have the option to:
- Download a diagnostic report (JSON)
- Copy a diagnostic summary
- Contact Support using the chatbot on the Stadium website or reach out using our ✨Contact Us form
Including the diagnostic summary with your support request helps us identify the issue more quickly and reduces the need for additional troubleshooting.
You can see the Download button or Copy summary at the bottom of the report.
❓Why Don't I See a Contact Support Button?
The Contact Support option only appears when the Connectivity Troubleshooter detects a connectivity issue.
If all checks pass, your connection to Stadium is working as expected, and the issue may be related to your account or a specific product feature instead.
If you're still experiencing problems despite all checks passing, please contact our Support team and let us know what you were trying to do when the issue occurred.
