Wondering what happens to unused or unredeemed shop points or credits when a gift order is closed or expires? Here’s everything you need to know.

✅ If the recipient has already redeemed the points or credits

If the recipient redeems their gift before it expires, the points or credits are safely added to their account.

• Once redeemed via the email invitation link, the points or credits are permanently saved to the recipient’s account.
• The recipient can use them anytime at their convenience, as long as the shop is still active.

🔄 If the Shop Is Closed or the Order Has Expired

What happens next depends on the type of gift and how it was issued:

• Redeemed Shop Points or Shop Credits:
  If the shop closes, redeemed Shop Points or Shop Credits are automatically converted into Stadium Points, which can be used for future purchases.
