Do you need to change the name of an order in your shop?

This article provides a detailed guide on how to easily edit the order name both during the order confirmation and via the Shops Order Dashboard. Whether you made a typo or simply want to update the order name, our step-by-step instructions will help you make the changes effortlessly.

Editing via Confirmation Message

After placing the order, a confirmation pop-up will appear.

• Click on the order name and edit it.
• Once you've entered the new order name, click "DONE."

Editing via Order Dashboard

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to My Shops

• Click on "Sender," then click "My Shops."

Access the Shop

• From the My Shops page, click on "LIVE," then click on the shop you wish to access.

Go to Sent Gifts

• Click on the "SENT GIFTS" tab and click the VIEW ORDER button on the order you wish to edit.

Edit the Order Name

• Click on the pencil icon next to the order number.

• Enter your desired order name and click "SAVE."

Congratulations! You have successfully edited the name of your Stadium Shops order. 👏
