Expiring a gift order in your Stadium Shop is a straightforward process. Follow this simple guide to ensure your order is properly expired:
Steps on how to expire a Gift Order in your Shop
Access Your Account
- Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
Navigate to Your Shop Settings
- Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, and select My Shops.
Select Your Live Shop
- Under the My Shops page, click LIVE, then select the specific shop you want to access.
Initiating Gift Expiration
- Navigate to the SENT GIFTS tab.
- Locate the order you want to expire and click on the drop-down arrow beside the "VIEW ORDER" to access its details.
- Within the order details, locate the EXPIRE ORDER button. Click on it to initiate the expiration process.
Confirm the Expiration and Finalize
- A confirmation window will appear, seeking your verification to proceed with expiring the gift order.
- Confirm your decision by clicking YES, EXPIRE ORDER button in the confirmation window. This action completes the expiration process.
