β¨ What Is a Guest Role User?
A Guest Role user is any user who interacts with a shop gift order without being assigned as a Shop User for that specific shop.
This applies across both Company Workspaces and Personal Workspaces, depending on how the shop is accessed.
π’ Guest Role Users in a Company Workspace
Guest Role users in a Company Workspace include:
- π€ Senders or Admins with default permissions who are not assigned as Shop Users
- π₯ Non-members of the Company Workspace
π How they access the shop:
- ποΈ Gift redemption flow or received gift experience
- π Direct shop link
π° What they can do:
- Send points or credits via the shop catalog
Even if they belong to the Company Workspace, users are still considered Guest Role users if they are not explicitly assigned to the shop.

Guest Role users in a Personal Workspace include:
- π€ Any user accessing a shop through a shared shop link or gift redemption experience
π How they access the shop:
- π Gift redemption flow or received gift experience

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Manage Your Shop Gift Order as a Guest User
πAccess Your Gift Order
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where your shop order is created.
Navigate to the Orders Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( Λ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to the Orders page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
Locate Your Gift Order
On the Orders dashboard, click SENT GIFTS.
Use the Search Bar if you have the Order Number, or scroll to find the order.
Click MANAGE ORDER to open the order details page.

Available actions on the order details page
On the order details page, you can:
- βοΈ Edit the Order Name β Rename your gift order for better tracking
- π¬ Edit Recipient Message β Update the message that recipients will see
- π View Recipient Tracking β Check the status of gift redemptions
- π Check Recipient Redemption Status β See which recipients have redeemed or not redeemed their gifts
- π Copy Invite Link or Download QR Code β Resend invitations to recipients
- π Check and Manage Thank You Messages β View, edit, or disable thank-you messages
- π Download the Invoice β Get a copy of your order invoice
- π Download the Recipient Report β Access a report of all recipients and their redemption status
- β Approve Recipient Orders (Magic Link & Priceless Shop only) β Review and approve recipient orders before they are processed
- ββ Add or Remove Recipients β Modify your recipient list as needed
- β³ Expire the Order β Close the gift order if itβs no longer needed
