Are you wondering how to redeem your shop points or credits without looking for the invitation email? Say no more! You can easily do this on your My Funds page or Home page.

This guide will walk you through the steps to redeem your points or credits through the Stadium Shops Dashboard, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Whether you're redeeming points gifted by your company or just navigating the website to use your credits, this article covers all you need to know.

Log In to Your Stadium Account

• Begin by logging in to your Stadium account at the Stadium website.
  
  
  

Option 1: Quick Redemption from Home Page

Locate Pending Redemptions from the Homepage:

• From your account's home page, locate the gift you wish to redeem. Ensure that you read what type of gift was gifted to you. 
• If it's a Gift for a shop order, you will see a note that "Shop Points" or Shop Credits" are gifted to you.
  
  
  
  
• Click the REDEEM button next to the gift. You will be routed to the Menu Page where you can find the items you want to order.
  
  

Option 2: Manual Redemption from Spend & Redeem Page

Navigate to My Funds Page

• Go to the navigation bar at the top of the homepage.
• Click the drop-down button beside the Recipient tab, then click Redeem Gift.
• You will be directed to the My Funds page where you can view your account's points, pending or unredeemed gift points/credits, and available shops.

Redeem Points or Credits

• Scroll down to the "SPEND & REDEEM" section to view all pending redemption gifts. Each gift block will show information about the gift's source and the available amount for redemption.

• Find the Shop Points or Shop Credits gifted to you.
• Click on the "REDEEM" button next to the gift you wish to redeem.
  
  

Input Redemption Details:

• You will be routed to the gift's landing page.
• Enter your email address (ensure it matches the one that received the invitation email), select your country of origin, and then click "REDEEM POINTS"
  
  

Optional Thank You Message:

• Add a Thank You Message to the Gift Sender if desired, or skip this step.
  
  
  

Start Shopping

• After redeeming your points or credits, you will be directed to the menu page where you can start shopping.

• To view the shop points available gifted to you just click the drop-down arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.
