Whether you're looking to redeem points or credits gifted by your company, this guide will walk you through the process seamlessly. Follow these steps to make the most of your gift and start shopping for your favorite items.

Steps to Redeem Your Points or Credits via Invitation Email

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

• Look for the invitation email in your inbox. It will contain the details and a link to redeem your gift.
  
  

Step 2: Click on Redeem Stadium Points

• In the email, find the prominently labeled button that says REDEEM STADIUM POINTS. Click on this button to proceed.
  
  
  
  

Step 3: Enter Your Details

• You'll be directed to a new page. Enter your email address and select your country of origin. After completing this, click REDEEM POINTS. Ensure that the email address you enter matches the one where you received the invitation email.
  
  
  
  
• If you don't have an account yet, you'll be prompted to create one.
  
  
  
  
  
• If you already have an account, simply log in with your credentials.
  
  

Step 4: Add a Thank You Message (Optional)

• You can add a thank you message for the gift sender. After writing your message, click PREVIEW MESSAGE then SEND. If you prefer to skip this step, proceed by clicking SKIP.
  
  
  
  
  
  

Step 5: Start Shopping

• You'll be taken to the shop menu page, where you can start selecting the items you'd like to order using your shop points or shop credits.
  
  

• To view the shop points available gifted to you just click the drop-down arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.
