Are you wondering if you can transfer your shop points or credits to Stadium Points? The answer is YES! However, this feature needs to be enabled by your Gift Sender on their shop first. Once enabled, you can easily convert your shop credits into Stadium Points and unlock a world of possibilities for redeeming rewards.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to convert your Shop Points to My Stadium Points
Redeeming your Shop Points
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where your points/credits are gifted.
Access Shops from Received Gifts 🎁
In the Received Gifts section, you'll have access to the shops from which you have received gifts.
If there are multiple gifts, click on the three-dots menu (⋯) and select View All Gifts to see all available shop gifts.
Redeem Your Points/Credits
Choose a shop from your list of received gifts.

If you haven't redeemed the gift yet, click the REDEEM button to redeem your points and access the shop catalog.
Input Redemption Details
- You will be routed to the gift's landing page.
- Enter your email address (ensure it matches the one that received the invitation email), select your country of origin, and then click "REDEEM POINTS"
Optional Thank You Message
- Add a Thank You Message to the Gift Sender if desired, or skip this step.
View Shop Points
- To view the shop points available and shop points/credits gifted to you, just click the drop-down arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.
Transfer Points
Transferring Shop Points from Shop Catalog
Access Your Points or Credits
- Go to your Received Gifts.
- If you have already redeemed your points in the shop but haven't used them yet, click the Continue Shopping button to access the shop catalog again.
Check Available Points
- Click the drop-down arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.
- View your GIFTED POINTS, which are shop-specific points or credits that can only be used within that particular shop
- Below that, check your STADIUM POINTS balance
- Stadium Points can be used across any shop or feature on the Stadium platform, providing greater flexibility when using them as a payment method.
Initiate Transfer
- Once in the shop's catalog, click the drop-down next to your TOTAL POINTS, then click TRANSFER TO STADIUM POINTS.
- Click on "TRANSFER SHOP CREDITS" or "TRANSFER SHOP POINTS/SHOP CREDITS" to start the transfer process.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will appear upon the successful transfer of Shop Points or Credits.
Check Your Updated Stadium Points
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the TOTAL POINTS.
- You will see that the Gifted Points have been removed, and your Stadium Points are now displayed at the top.
- Review your updated Stadium Points balance available in your account
Transferring Shop Points From Points Wallet Page
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.
Locate the User's Default Company Workspace Wallet
- Click on your Default Points Wallet
- In your company Workspace, this Wallet is displayed at the top of the page
- It is labeled with your name followed by “Points Wallet.”
This is your primary Wallet for viewing and managing your available points in that Workspace.
Check Your Points
From the Points Wallet page, you can view your available balances in two sections:
- My Shop Points – shop-specific points or credits that can only be used within a specific shop.
- My Stadium Points – points available for use across any shop or feature on the Stadium platform.
Initiate Transfer
- In your Points Wallet page, go to the MY SHOP POINTS section, then click on the CONVERT TO STADIUM POINTS link.

Select the shop from which you want to convert or transfer points.
⚠️Important Note:
- Only redeemed shop points or credits will appear in the list.
- Only shops where the gift sender has enabled the points transfer feature will be available.
Process Points Transfer
- After choosing a shop, click on the TRANSFER POINTS button.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will appear on the upper right of the screen.
Check Your Updated Stadium Points
- Refresh your Points Wallet page.
- Under My Stadium Points, you will see your updated Stadium Points balance.
- In the Points History:
- The STADIUM POINTS section will show Points Transfer Received for the points you just converted.
- The SHOP POINTS section will show Points Transfer Sent for the points that were transferred out of your shop-specific balance.
This lets you easily track both incoming and outgoing point transfers.
