Are you wondering how to redeem your shop points or credits without looking for the invitation email? Say no more! You can easily do this on your Funds & Gifts page or Home page.

This guide will walk you through the steps to redeem your points or credits through the Stadium Shops Dashboard, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Whether you're redeeming points gifted by your company or just navigating the website to use your credits, this article covers all you need to know.

Steps in Redeeming Shop Points or Shop Credits through the Stadium Website:

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your points/credits are gifted

 Access Shops from Received Gifts 🎁

• In the Received Gifts section, you'll have access to the shops from which you have received gifts. 

• If there are multiple gifts, click on the three-dots menu (⋯) and select View All Gifts to see all available shop gifts.
   

Redeem Points or Credits
 

• Choose a shop from your list of received gifts.

• Find the Shop Points or Shop Credits gifted to you.
• Click on the "REDEEM" button next to the gift you wish to redeem.
   

Input Redemption Details:

• You will be routed to the gift's landing page.
• Enter your email address (ensure it matches the one that received the invitation email), select your country of origin, and then click "REDEEM POINTS"
   

Optional Thank You Message:

• Add a Thank You Message to the Gift Sender if desired, or skip this step.
  
   

Start Shopping

• After redeeming your points or credits, you will be directed to the menu page where you can start shopping.

• To view the shop points available gifted to you, just click the drop-down arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.
