Steps on How To Build Your Own Branded Swag Shop

Creating a branded swag shop has never been easier with Stadium Shops. Whether you want to build a shop for your next event or reward your employees, you can design a shop that perfectly reflects your brand and needs. Here's how to get started.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Getting Started in Creating the Shop

• Decide whether you want to create a shop using a pre-curated shop template or create your own shop instead.

Creating Swag Collections

• Once your shop has been created, you can create or select a swag collection from the Branded Swag tab.
• Go to your shop and open the BRANDED SWAG tab.
• If you don’t have any swag collections yet, click + START DESIGNING.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to create your swag collection.

Adding Swag Collections To Shop Catalog

• After creating a swag collection or if you already have existing swag collections, you’ll need to add it to your shop catalog before it becomes available in your shop.
• Go to your shop's BRANDED SWAG tab.
• Find the swag collection you recently created, or select an existing collection you’d like to add.
• Under Available Swag, locate the collection and check its status. Collections that have not yet been added to your catalog will show NOT IN CATALOG.
• Click the three-dot menu next to the collection.
• Select Add All to Shop Catalog.

• Once the collection has been successfully added, a confirmation message will appear, and its status will change from NOT IN CATALOG to IN CATALOG.

Creating a Branded Swag Shop Using the Swag Shop- Add Custom Swag template

Access Swag Shop Templates

Getting Started in Choosing a Template

• From the Shops dashboard, click on the BROWSE TEMPLATES button found in the top right corner. 

• Simply click "Swag" in the template categories.
• Select the "Swag Shop - Add Custom Swag" template. This will allow you to start building your custom shop right away.

Input Shop Name and Currency Selection

• Input your preferred shop name.
• Indicate whether you want your shop's currency to be in Points, US Dollars, or Priceless.
• Click "NEXT" to proceed.

 

Domain and Logo Setup

• If you're logged in, your domain, along with your company logo, will auto-populate.
• Alternatively, you may enter a different domain if you prefer, upload a different logo, or use a logo that was previously uploaded.
• Select your preferred logo from the options provided.
• Tick the checkbox confirming you are authorized to use the logo.
• Click "GENERATE ASSETS" to continue.

 

Asset Customization

• Your shop logo and free mockups will be generated based on the logo you've uploaded or selected, and the banner defaults to the theme banner. You can make necessary adjustments at this stage.
• Click the pencil icons shown below to change your shop name, shop logo, or edit your banner.
• You can also customize the appearance of your shop banner by adjusting the banner background color, logo background, adding text, and more! For detailed instructions on how to customize your banner, please refer to the article linked below.

• The MERCH category is the only category selected by default for this template. If desired, you can add more categories later in your dashboard.

 

 

Save and Publish

• Once you're satisfied, click "SAVE AND PUBLISH" in the top right corner. Alternatively, you can choose "EXIT WITHOUT SAVING" if you decide not to proceed with creating the shop.

 

 

Managing Your Shop

• After publishing, you'll be redirected to your shop dashboard. If you're new to the platform, it's recommended to TAKE A SHOP TOUR for better navigation.

 

Creating Swag Collections

• Once your shop has been created, you can create or select a swag collection from the Branded Swag tab.
• Go to your shop and open the BRANDED SWAG tab.
• If you don’t have any swag collections yet, click + START DESIGNING.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to create your swag collection.
