Build Your Own Branded Swag Shop

Creating a branded swag shop has never been easier with Stadium Shops. Whether you want to build a shop for your next event or reward your employees, you can design a shop that perfectly reflects your brand and needs. Here's how to get started.

• After logging in to your byStadium.com account, click "Sender" and select "My Shops" from the dropdown menu.

• Click the "CREATE SHOP" button.

Input Shop Name and Currency Selection

• Input your preferred shop name.
• Indicate whether you want your shop's currency to be in Points or US Dollars.
• Click "NEXT" to proceed.

Domain and Logo Setup

• If you're logged in, your domain along with your company logo will auto-populate.
• Alternatively: You may enter a different domain if you prefer, upload a different logo or use a logo that was previously uploaded.
• Select your preferred logo from the options provided.
• Tick the checkbox confirming you are authorized to use the logo.
• Click "GENERATE ASSETS" to continue.

Asset Customization

• Your shop logo, banner, and free mockups will be generated based on the uploaded or selected logo. You can make adjustments from here if necessary. 
• Click the pencil icons shown below to change your shop name, shop logo, or edit your banner.

• You can also customize the appearance of your shop banner by adjusting the banner background color, logo background, adding text, and more! For detailed instructions on how to customize your banner, please refer to the article linked below.
• ✨Customize Your Shop's Top Banner
• Select or deselect categories you want to add to your shop.

• You may also change the logo for your free mockups by clicking the pencil icon in the top right corner.

Save and Publish

• Once you're okay with everything, click "SAVE AND PUBLISH" in the top right corner. Alternatively, you can choose "EXIT WITHOUT SAVING" if you decide not to proceed with creating the shop.
  
  

Managing Your Shop

• After publishing, you'll be redirected to your shop dashboard. If you're new to the platform, it's recommended to TAKE A SHOP TOUR for better navigation.

From your shop dashboard, you can:

• View your shop
• Continue customizing your shop's assets or Request Changes to mock-up designs if necessary
• You can also begin sending items or points/credits to recipients

• To generate additional swag collections for free, you can upload additional logos. Simply click the "ADD FREE COLLECTIONS" button and follow the prompts.

• To get started in creating a branded swag shop using our moment templates, log in to your byStadium.com Account and click "Sender" followed by "Shop Templates"  from the dropdown menu.

• You can navigate through the template themes on the left-hand side. 

• You'll have the option to preview the template on the right by clicking the "PREVIEW" button. once you have decided on the template you'd like to use, select the "USE TEMPLATE" button.

Creating a Branded Swag Shop Using the Swag Shop- Add Custom Swag template

If you want to quickly create a swag-only shop, we have a premade swag shop template.

• After logging in to your byStadium.com Account, click "Sender" followed by "Shop Templates"  from the dropdown menu.

• Simply click "Swag" In the template categories, then select the "Swag Shop - Add Custom Swag" template. This will allow you to start building your custom shop right away.
  
  

Input Shop Name and Currency Selection

• ✨Customize Your Shop's Top Banner
• The MERCH category is the only category selected by default for this template. If desired, you can add more categories later in your dashboard.

 

• You may also change the logo for your free mockups by clicking the pencil icon in the top right corner.

 

Save and Publish

• Once you're satisfied, click "SAVE AND PUBLISH" in the top right corner. Alternatively, you can choose "EXIT WITHOUT SAVING" if you decide not to proceed with creating the shop.
