Need to duplicate a Stadium Shop quickly and accurately? This FAQ explains how to duplicate your Stadium Shop, allowing you to create multiple shops with the same products, branding, and settings in just a few clicks.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to duplicate your Stadium Shop.

Duplicating from the Live Shops Page

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your shop is created.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Access Your Live Shops

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Locate and Duplicate the Shop

• On the Shops page, locate the live shop you wish to duplicate.
• Click on the ellipsis (three dots) associated with that shop, then click on the "Duplicate" button.
   

Enter Shop Details

• Enter the new Shop Name and choose a currency.
• Click the "DUPLICATE SHOP" button.

Duplicating from the Shops Dashboard

Access the Shop's Dashboard

• On your Shops page, click on the shop you want to duplicate.

• On your Shop's dashboard, click on the three dots (...)  icon. 
• On the options, click on "Duplicate Shop".

• Enter the new Shop Name and choose a currency.
• Click "DUPLICATE SHOP".

Confirmation

• Once done, you will now see the new shop you created.
• A pop-up window will show you options to TAKE A SHOP TOUR or click DONE  to close the window.

• If you duplicated a Shop with branded swag, it will also be copied to your duplicate shop.
