Before you start adding multiple logos to your Stadium Shop's swag catalog, ensure that you already have branded swag items set up in your shop. If you haven't set this up yet, don't worry! If you already have branded swag in your shop, below are the steps to adding additional logo(s) to the branded swag in your Stadium Shop and editing your catalog.

Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Multiple Logos to Your Branded Swag Shop

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com

• Log in using your credentials.
   

   

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

Navigate to the Branded Swag tab

• Under the "BRANDED SWAG" tab, go to SAVED DESIGNS
• Click the "+ CREATE CORE COLLECTION" button.

Option 1: Search company URL

• Under the SEARCH COMPANY URL tab, enter your company website URL so that the system can manually search available logos based on your provided URL. 
• Select from the suggested logos
• Make sure to check the box that says, "I am authorized to use these logos*"
• Click on the CREATE COLLECTION button
  
  

Option 2: Upload from Device

• Under the UPLOAD FROM DEVICE section, you can manually add your logo by dragging and dropping the logo file in the space provided or by searching directly from your local device. Note: Accepted file types are SVG, PNG, JPEG, and JPG with 20px X 14px dimensions and a maximum 5MB file size. 
• Make sure to check the box that says, "I am authorized to use these logos*"
• Click on the CREATE COLLECTION button
  
  
   

Option 3: Previous Uploads

• Under the PREVIOUS UPLOADS section, simply select from your previously used logo, if there are any. 
• Make sure to check the box that says, "I am authorized to use these logos*"
• Click on the CREATE COLLECTION button
  
  
   

Creation of New Swag Collection

• After you click on the CREATE COLLECTION button from any of the options above, wait for it to load for a few seconds.
   
• Once the designs are complete, a pop-up will show at the upper right corner of your screen that says, "New mock-ups have been created". You will then see the swag items with the new logo.

• The mock-ups for the swag items with the new logo will now show on the list of Available Swag in your Branded Swag Dashboard.
• Click the VIEW ALL button to see all items created for that swag collection.
