Do you have your own pre-purchased swag and want to store them in your Stadium locker? We got you covered! Here's a simple guide on how to add the pre-purchased swag items you are sending to our warehouse to your Stadium Locker. 

Step-by-Step Guide

Log In to Your Account:

• Go to Stadium's website and log in to your account.

Navigate to "My Swag" Page

• Click the Sender drop-down menu and select "My Swag"
  
  

Store in Locker

• On the My Swag page, click the three dots.
• From the given options, click on "Store with Us."
  
  

Provide Item Details

• Fill out the Add Item form, detailing the item you're sending to us.
• After providing the details, click "NEXT"
  
  *Please note the following specifications for the better image quality of the items once added to your shop (Accepted Image Formats: .jpg, .png, .jpeg; Max file size: 5.00MB).
  
  *At the very bottom of the page, you can download our warehouse address and phone number. This is where the items should be delivered and addressed.
  
  

Payment

• Select or add a payment method to settle the Receiving Fee for your sent swag to our warehouse.
• Make sure to add your Billing Country and Billing Zip Code to proceed to the next step
• Once done, click "REVIEW & PAY"
  
  *Please note that this15% of the total value includes the expenses associated with receiving, sorting, stocking, and providing insurance for the items.
  
  
  
  
• On the Review Page, you will have a final overview of your order, if everything looks good. Click "PAY NOW" to complete your order. 
  
  

Confirmation

• You'll receive a confirmation message that the item has been successfully added to your inventory
• You will be provided again our warehouse address and contact number
• Please make sure to follow the instructions provided
• If you are done checking all information, click "DONE" to close the page.
  
  
  
  
  

Dashboard View

• The item you added will now be visible in your dashboard's inventory.
• Just click the item to view more details.
