Ordering swag items in bulk from Stadium Locker is a straightforward process that allows you to efficiently manage and customize your promotional materials. This guide will walk you through each step, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

 

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to order swag items in bulk from the swag locker shop

Log In to Your Stadium Account:

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

 

 

Navigate to Your My Swag Page:

• After logging in to your account, click the dropdown button beside your name then click My Swag.

 

Start Shopping

• On your My Swag page, click "PURCHASE SWAG."

 

 

Choose Your Swag

• Browse through the available swag items.
• Use the search bar for a quick search or filter items by category.

 

• Pay attention to minimum order quantities for each swag item

 

• You may use the filters or sort items by price or featured list. Additionally, you may also request an item if you can't find what you are looking for.

 

 

• To easily find the Bulk Swag items, you can use the "Buy In Bulk" filter.

• Check the product description for details like sizes, colors, and variants.

 

• For some customizable swag, find information about imprint type, imprint area, and imprint location in the description.

 

• Some products offer discounted rates for larger quantities. 

 

• Prices adjust based on the quantity you enter.

 

 

Checkout:

• Once you are satisfied with the items you added to your cart just click the bag icon to proceed to checkout.

 

 

Upload Your Logo:

• Click the ADD LOGO button and upload a logo for your swag.

 

• Click My Device to browse files

 

• Edit the logo and click SAVE CHANGES once finalized.

 

• Click ADD to proceed.

 

• Click on the check box "I am authorized to use this logo"

 

•  Once done click "CHECKOUT"

 

 

Provide Shipping Information:

• If you are planning to use the swag items for your swag kit or store them at our warehouse for distribution, you will have to choose "Stadium Warehouse" for the address.
  
  
• If you want the bulk swag to be sent directly to a specific location, choose New Address to add the address.
   
• Once the address is added click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT."

 

Select or Add a Payment Method:

• Select a payment method from the options available or add a new payment method if needed.

• Scroll down and add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
• Click REVIEW & PAY to proceed.

 

 

Finalize the Payment:

• Click "PAY NOW" to complete your purchase.

 

 

Confirmation

• Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation message.
• You can download your receipt and note down your order number for reference.

Monitor Your Order

• Monitor the progress of your order through your Stadium Locker's "INVENTORY" dashboard.

 

• If you have decided to send the swag items to our warehouse, you will be able to see them added to your Stadium Locker. Please note that the Stadium Locker feature must be activated first in your account by purchasing the Individual, Team, Business, or Enterprise package. You may visit our Pricing Page here.
• Distinguish between swag items purchased from us and those you've personally sent to us by clicking on the item and then checking the details in the SOURCE section.
