Need to buy swag items from an existing collection on your Swag page? This guide will walk you through the steps to seamlessly purchase swag items from your swag collections. Follow these instructions to make your swag shopping experience efficient and hassle-free.

 

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Purchase Swag Items from a Swag Collection in your Saved Designs:

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Swag
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access SAVED DESIGNS

• Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
• On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account, including the mock-ups for a swag collection, bulk order, and requested swag mock-ups.

Filter Swag Collections by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace

💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

Check the Status of the Collection

• Scroll through your saved designs and ensure that your collection is in the "DESIGN READY" state.
  
  

Purchase Items

• Click on the three dots (ellipsis) associated with this collection.

• From the options that appear, select "Purchase Swag"
  
  

   

Navigate to Stadium Locker Shop

• You will be redirected to the Stadium Locker Shop.
• To purchase from an existing collection, go to "MY DESIGNED SWAG"
  
  

Select the Item to Purchase

• Pick an item from the menu selection and add it to your cart.

Add More Items if Desired

• If you want to include more items from your saved designs or other items available in the locker shop, navigate back to the "MY DESIGNED SWAG" category or other categories you are interested in.
• Select additional items to add to your cart.
• Use filters or sort items by price or featured list. You can also request an item if you can't find what you are looking for.
  
   

Review Your Cart

• Click the bag icon to view items in your cart.
• Once you are satisfied with the items in your cart, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

Check out Your Order

Choose or Add a Shipping Address

• If you are planning to use the swag items for your swag kit or store them at our warehouse for distribution, you will have to choose "Stadium Warehouse" for the address.
   
• If you want the bulk swag to be sent directly to a specific location, choose New Address to add the address.
   
• Once the address is added, click "CONTINUE."

Peace of Mind Protection

• Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Select or Add a Payment Method

• Select a payment method from the options available or add a new payment method if needed.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Add Billing Info

• Scroll down and add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
• You also have the option to add a billing note if needed.
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Finalize the Payment

• Click "PAY NOW" to complete your purchase.

Confirmation

• Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation message.
• You can download your receipt and note down your order number for reference.
