🎨 How to Start Designing

There are two entry points to start creating a swag collection.

Entry Point #1 — Through the 'My Swag' Page

• Open the left navigation bar by clicking the arrow icon in the top-left corner
• Select My Swag from the menu options
• Click the + START DESIGNING button in the upper-right corner of the page

Entry Point #2 — Through Your Shop Dashboard

(Use this if you already have a previously created shop and want the collection automatically added to it)

• Open the left navigation bar by clicking the arrow icon in the top-left corner
• Select Shops from the menu options
• Click on the specific shop where you want the collection to be added

From the shop dashboard:

• Click on the BRANDED SWAG tab in the top navigation 
• Under the SAVED DESIGNS section, click + START DESIGNING

🛍️ Creating Your Swag Collection

Name Your Collection & Set Your Color Preferences

After clicking + START DESIGNING, a modal will appear:

• In the Collection Name field, type a name for your collection (e.g., New hire swag, Q4 Branded Kit) 
• Under Preferred Swag Colors, select the colors that match your brand — these will filter the catalog and set default color options across products 
• Click NEXT to enter the product catalog

💡 Tip: Selecting preferred colors here is optional. If you skip it, all items available for automated designs will be visible in the catalog. You can always set or update your color preferences later directly from the catalog page by clicking on PREFERRED SWAG COLORS in the top navigation bar — this will filter the catalog to show only items available in your selected colors.

Browse the Catalog

You can explore products in the catalog using any of the following methods:

By Featured Themed Collections

On the catalog landing page, browse Featured Themed Collections (e.g., Onboarding Essentials, Stadium Picks), which are curated sets of items built around a specific theme

By Featured Picks

Scroll down on the catalog landing page to find the Featured Picks section, which highlights popular items commonly selected by users. Use the arrow buttons to browse through the selections and click the + icon to add any item directly to your collection

By Categories

Use the top navigation bar to browse by category (Apparel, Bags, Drinkware, Headwear, Activewear, Workwear, etc.) and use the subcategory tabs to narrow further

By Filters

Use the FILTERS panel on the left to narrow down your options. Click on any filter to expand it:

• AVAILABILITY BY COUNTRY: Show only products available in your region

  • If your recipients are located across multiple countries and you don't have a finalized list yet, select the Global option . This will show only products that are available across all regions, ensuring everyone on your list can receive the same items regardless of location.

• ITEM TYPE: Filter by product type. This includes options such as Buy in Bulk and Volume Discount, which helps you find items available for bulk purchasing at discounted pricing
• PRICE: Set a Min and Max price range to narrow down products based on your target budget
• ATTRIBUTES: Select from a list of eco-friendly and sustainable products
• BRANDS: Select one or more brands (e.g., Carhartt, Nike, Bella + Canvas)
• OTHER: Filter by available sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, etc.)

💡 Tip: You can combine multiple filters at once — BRANDS + PRICE + SIZE, to quickly zero in on the right products.

By Sorting

Use the SORT BY dropdown in the top-right corner to reorder results (e.g., Recommended, Price- Low to High, etc.).

By Search 

Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find a specific item. Simply type the name of a product and the catalog will display matching or similar results

Products Selection

• Click the + icon on any product card to add it to your collection
• Or click ADD ALL [Category] to bulk-add all products from that category at once

💡 Tip: Selecting Specific Color Variants: 

• Click on any product to open its detail page. 

• You can preview the product in different color variants by clicking on the images on the left. 

• To review product details, click on the + icon beside Product Information

• Preferred colors are pre-selected but you can select or deselect specific color variants under YOUR PREFERRED COLORS to include only the colors you need. 

• Then, click ADD PRODUCTS to confirm.

• As you add products, a tray appears at the bottom of the page showing your collection name and item count. Click the upward arrow to expand it and manage your selection:

  • Click the pencil icon next to your collection name to rename it
  • Click the trash icon on any item card to remove it
  • Click Remove All Items to clear your selection and start over

• Once you're happy with your selection, click ADD ARTWORK in the bottom-right corner to move to the next step.

Add Artwork to Your Products

After clicking ADD ARTWORK, you'll be routed to the Add artwork to your products page. 

• To upload your artwork, you have three options under Add New Artwork:

  • ASSET LIBRARY: Select from previously saved brand assets
  • PREVIOUS UPLOADS: Reuse artwork you've uploaded before
  • UPLOAD FROM DEVICE: Upload a new file directly from your computer
    • Drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click Search Local Device to browse your files
    • Accepted file types: SVG, PNG, WEBP, JPEG, JPG, AI, EPS
    • Maximum file size: 15 MB

💡 Tip: Review the quality guidelines — Upload a high-quality file to prevent production delays. Use a logo with a transparent background and ensure all other artwork has a resolution of at least 300 DPI

After uploading or selecting the logo:

• Check the box confirming "I understand and accept the conditions" (applicable only if the logo was uploaded from the device)
• Click ADD ARTWORK to apply your file to the products

💡 Tip: You can edit or update your artwork at any time after generating your collection.

Select Products to Apply Your Artwork To

Artworks will appear in the left panel. On the right, you'll see all color variants of your selected products. Select which products to apply your artwork(s) to:

• Individually: Click on each product card to assign the artwork to specific items 
• All at once: Check "Apply this artwork to all products" on the left panel, or "Select all remaining products" in the top-right corner to apply it across everything in one click

To remove an item from your collection entirely, click the three dots (...) on the product card and select Delete From Collection.

To reorganize items across multiple artworks, simply drag and drop product cards from one artwork section to another on the left panel.

💡 Tip: If you have more than one logo (e.g., a white logo for dark-colored items and a black logo for light-colored items), click + ADD NEW ARTWORK to upload the additional file and assign each logo to the appropriate product color variants.

• Once all products have been assigned to a logo, the GENERATE DESIGNS button will become active. 

• Click GENERATE DESIGNS to finalize your collection.

Review Your Generated Designs

After clicking GENERATE DESIGNS, your collection will enter the processing stage while the designs are being generated. This may take a few minutes, depending on the number of items in your collection.

Once processing is complete, the collection status will automatically update to "DESIGN READY"
