RECEIVING FEE

The receiving fee will vary depending on whether the swag items were purchased from us or if you are sending us your swag.

Receiving Fees for Swag Purchased from Stadium

• Cost: Free
• Details: When you purchase swag directly from Stadium, we cover all costs associated with receiving, sorting, stocking, and insuring these items.

Receiving Fees for Swag Sent to Stadium (Not Purchased from Stadium)

• Cost: 15% of the total value of the swag
• Details: This fee covers the expenses related to receiving, sorting, stocking, and insuring items that were not purchased from our platform.

STORAGE FEE

Free Storage with Active Use

• Details: Storage is free as long as there is at least one activity involving your swag within any calendar quarter. Active use ensures no additional storage costs.

Inactive Storage Fee

• Cost: $1,500 per quarter
• Details: If there is no swag activity from your locker within any calendar quarter, a flat fee of $1,500 will apply. This policy encourages regular use and rotation of your stored items.
