Track Your Kit Order in Simple Steps

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  
  

Navigate to the Orders Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Orders page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.

Locate Your Kit Order

• On the My Orders dashboard, locate your Kit Order.
• Use the Search Bar if you have the Order Number, or simply scroll down to find the order labeled as KIT REDEMPTION.
• Click on VIEW ITEMS & TRACKING.
  
  

View Tracking Details

• You will be directed to the tracking page where you can view the order status and tracking details.
