Redeeming via Invitation Email

Check Your Inbox

• Look for the invitation email in your inbox. It will contain the details and a link to redeem your gift.

Click on Redeem Items

• In the email, find the prominently labeled button that says REDEEM ITEMS. Click on this button to proceed.

       

 

Enter Your Details

• You'll be directed to a new page. Select your country of origin and add your zip code or pin. After completing this, click REDEEM KIT. Ensure that the email address you enter matches the one where you received the invitation email.

 

• If you don't have an account yet, you'll be prompted to create one.

• If you already have an account, simply log in with your credentials.

 

Provide Your Shipping Information

Note: If you are redeeming a kit with only E-Gift Cards, the system won't ask for an address.

• Once logged in, enter your shipping details. Choose the preferred delivery address if you have multiple saved.

 

 

Select Your Preferences

• Some items in your kit might require you to select your preferred size, color, or dietary restriction. Select your preference for each item. Click "SUBMIT" when finished.

 

 

 

Add a Thank You Message (Optional)

• You can add a thank you message for the gift sender. After writing your message, click SEND. If you prefer to skip this step, proceed by clicking SKIP.

 

 

Confirmation

• Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.
  
  

 

 

Redeeming via Stadium Dashboard

 

Login

• Begin by logging in to your Stadium account at the Stadium website.
  
  
  

 

 

Locate Pending Redemptions from the Homepage

• From your account's home page, locate the gift you wish to redeem. Ensure that you read what type of gift was gifted to you. 
  
  
  
  
• Click the REDEEM button next to the gift. 

 

Enter Your Details

• You'll be directed to a new page. Select your country of origin and add your zip code or pin. After completing this, click REDEEM KIT. Ensure that the email address you enter matches the one where you received the invitation email.
