Are you looking to redeem your Swag Kit but aren't sure where to start? This FAQ guide will help you through the process, ensuring you don't miss any important steps. Whether you're redeeming through an invitation email or directly from your account dashboard, we've got you covered.    

There are three primary ways to redeem your Swag Kit:

• Redeeming Swag Kit through Invitation Email
• Redeeming Swag Kit Through the Home Page
• Redeeming Swag Kit through Dashboard

✉️Redeeming Swag Kit through Invitation Email

Check your Email

• Locate the invitation email from the Stadium.

• Within the email, you will find the REDEEM ITEMS button.
• Click on the redemption button to commence the process of redeeming your treat.

Redeeming Swag Kit Through the Home Page

Log In and Locate the Gift

• Go to the Stadium website and log in with your account credentials.
• On your home page, you'll see the gifts sent to you under the RECEIVED GIFTS section.
• If there are multiple gifts, click on the three-dots menu (⋯) and select View All Gifts to see all available shop gifts.

• Choose a KIT from your list of received gifts.

• If you haven't redeemed the gift yet, click the REDEEM button to redeem your swag kit.

Enter Your Details

• You will be routed to this pop-up page. Fill it out!
• Input your email address. Make sure that the email address provided is the same email address where you received the invitation email to avoid redemption issues.
• Select a country
• Enter your Billing Zip Code / PIN
• Once done, click on REDEEM KIT

Select Your Address

• Select, edit, or add your shipping address
• Once done click on NEXT to proceed on the next steps.

Select Preferences

• Some swag items may require you to specify your preferred colors and sizes.
• Make sure to check the size guide provided before selecting your preferred size.
• You will also see other items included in the kit from the sender.
• Please note: The Sender also has an option to opt out the recipients from seeing the kit items.

Send a Thank you Message

• Personalize your gratitude by creating a thank you message for the sender.
  Optional: You can add stickers and emojis to your message.

Confirmation

• You will see a prompt confirming that you have successfully redeemed your Swag Kit.

• You will also receive a confirmation via email.
