Requesting changes to your shop's branded swag collection can be efficiently managed through your Shop's dashboard. If you already have branded swag in your shop;

Here's a step-by-step guide to requesting changes to the branded on-demand swag collection in your shop

 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
   

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

Access Branded Swag Tab

• Navigate to the BRANDED SWAG tab.
• Under SAVE DESIGNS tab, look for the swag collections you wish to edit under the Available Swag

Customizing Automated Designs

Customize Specific Products Using Customizer
 

If you want to make changes to a specific product, just click on the pencil icon to edit the product using the customizer.

Requesting Design Changes through the Swag Design Team 

If you’d like to update multiple mockups, request changes that the customizer tool doesn’t allow, or make edits to a core swag collection created by our design team, you can easily submit a request to our design team for assistance.

• Click the 3-dot menu next to the item.

• Select Request Design Changes.

Alternative View for Larger Collections

• Click the drop-down button at the top right corner of your Swag Collection.
• At the bottom, click VIEW ALL (0) to see all items.
• You'll be routed to a dashboard with all swag items in that collection.
• Click REQUEST CHANGES FROM DESIGN TEAM at the lower right corner.

• After clicking on the Request Changes button, read the instructions carefully and click CONTINUE.

Request Changes via Pastel Dashboard

•  You will be routed to a Pastel Link where you can leave comments on the changes you wish to request for your free mockups.
   
• Please note that if you have multiple items in your order, you will still see all items in the pastel link, like the one in the example below.

Provide Feedback on Changes

• Enter your name and email address.
• Find the product you wish to update, click on it, and enter your comments.
• Click POST COMMENT to save your feedback.

Complete the Review Process

• Once you've finished commenting on the products, click FINISH REVIEW.

Submit Your Change Requests

• Finalize your submission by clicking on Request Changes. You may add additional comments before clicking Submit Review to complete the process.

Confirmation and Additional Requests

• A confirmation message will appear at the bottom left corner of the screen.

• To request more changes after submission, click Reviewed at the bottom right of the screen and select Add another review.

Await Updated Mockups

• Once your request is submitted, the Stadium design team will review and update the mockups accordingly.
• Expect a separate email from the design team with the updated mock-ups of the products you requested changes for.
