Managing your finances has never been easier with our streamlined process for downloading invoices from your Automated Shop orders. Easily download your order's invoice from your Automation dashboard.

Here's a simple guide to help you download an invoice for your Automation's shop order:

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.

Select the Automation

• Locate the automation that contains the order you want to edit.
• Click on the automation to open the Automation Dashboard.

Initiate the Invoice Download

There are two ways to initiate the download of the order's invoice

Option 1: Initiate the Download via the Automation Dashboard

• Identify the order number of the order you want to check.
• Click on the drop-down arrow in the order's section for more options to appear.
• Click on the DOWNLOAD INVOICE(S) button.
  
   

Option 2: Initiate the Download via the Order Details Page

• Identify the order number of the order you want to check.
• Click on the order number to go to the order details page.

• On the Order page, click the three-dot icon (...) and then select "Download Invoice(s)".

Download the Invoice

• After clicking on the Download Invoice(s), a pop-up window will appear.
• From there, you can either download the Master Invoice OR an invoice for a specific transaction, simply click on the download icon to download your invoice.

Voila! You now have the invoice for the automated order you created.
